Would like a Ralts (level 1-7)

I'm new this whole trading thing online, as the last Pokémon game I played was Emerald, but I found you can't catch a Ralts in Pokémon Black version 2, with the exception of a level 50 trade which isn't exactly how I want my Ralts. I just started Black 2 but I would like a Ralts as an addition to my team. I haven't made it past the first gym yet, so my limits of what I can trade back are basically like Patrats, Mareeps, etc. I know it's not a super important request but it would be nice to have a Ralts on my team. My only preference is that the Ralts is female so I don't have one of those awkwardly male Gardevoirs.

Again, I'm not super sure how this works so try to be a little patient with me.
