Would you like Ash to meet up with the old Gym Leaders?

I think it would be so cool to have a special where Ash finally becomes a Master and they have a celebration or something and all the Gym Leaders he battled would come. What do you think?

I'd imagine if Ash actually became a Pokemon Master, that there'd be some crazy party and just about everyone from main characters to COTDs would be attending some incredibly insane party or something of that measure.

But I don't see that actually happening in the show because it'd probably end after Ash becomes the Master.

I can see the Gym leaders be given a quick montage, not any speaking roles though.

Do you think the writers are really going to track down all the Japanese VA's who played those Gym leaders, just to say a few lines? Especially some from over a decade ago, like the Kanto/Johto ones?

There are also now 36 Gym leaders from the 4 regions and Orange, and then if you add the Frontier Brains its almost 50.

You really think we're going to see 50+ characters?

Yes they could do it by incorporating the Top Trainer Cafe into the anime somehow

he will probably see and battle jasmine once he gets to sunnyshore city

I want Janine to have an anime appearance. Also, I want the group to meet Jasmine again in Sunyshore (like the games). Also, Misty and Gardenia should have more anime appearances. Misty counts since she is technically an "old Gym Leader."
To sum this up, I want the Kanto/Johto gym leaders to make reappearances. Will it happen? No. The Hoenn Gym Leaders- I could care less about.

It would be cool if he ran into some of them, but not like that. I think it'd be a little cheesy if he saw every gym leader from all over at a party on the last episode, which is the only time Ash will ever possibly be a "master."

Japan is not too far off from Sunyshore now, it'll be interesting to see if we do see Jasmine or if she's ignored entirely.

Who said it'll hard to find these VAs? it's possible most of these VAs still work (either in Poké or other shows) and will have no problem to return
They probably also have some lists of VAs so it's not like they'll have to search who did what
Also - if the old VAs can't come, they'll just give them new VAs
While it doesn't happen often in Japan, they do replace VAs when the old ones can't work for some reasons

Not like I think we'll see most (if any) of the past leaders again... and I actually don't care much for most of them, the only leaders (I don't count main characters like Misty/Brock) that I really liked are Maylene and maybe Gardenia... maybe I liked a few more but not so much to really want them to appear
