I can't decide whether this goes in the Video Game or Anime section xD

Anyway, would you like to see more one-time anime locations like LaRousse, Cameron Palace, Neon Town, Gardenia Town, or any others in the games? If so, do you think some of the characters there deserve to be Gym Leaders?

Or are you fine with the anime following the games?

some of them sound cool, like LaRousse, but really, I don't see the chances as likely.

It's not about likely, more about preference.

I think LaRousse would be agreat plot generator, since the Battle Tower is there and characters like Rebecca or Rafe and Sid coulbe be battled on a schedule.

I also think Rebecca deserves to be Gym Leader, but if LaRousse was in a game, it's pretty obvious it wouldn't have a Gym.

Cameron Palace might be cool too. Maybe.

Yup...in addition to LaRousse, we should have Alamos too- you could meet Cynthia there because of the towers...or go Darkrai hunting.

Nah. The Anime is based of the games, and it shouldn't be vice versa (altough LaRousse city would be cool in the games)

I think that it would end up making the games a bit too confusing, and the towns wouldn't serve much purpose, they'd just end up unnecessarily taking space.

Agreed. The Anime always comes after the games as the Region has to be created before Ash and Co can travel through it and , with the exception of the Orange Islands, all the regions are created for the games rather than for the Anime. As a result unless another region is created specifically for the anime and is then explored later on in a game this is unlikely, however despite this I agree that places in the Movies are more viable as their location within the general geography of the pokemon world (as far as I remember, and correct me if I'm wrong) is rarely properly established, hence they could be in a separate region altogether.

I don't think Anime Locations should be in the games, it would be cool, but as Mijzel said earlier, the anime is based off of the games.

Only if they remake Yellow or make a game in the same vien as it.

I think I'd rather the games just stay like they are. They seem more genuine that way. I wouldn't mind them having a few towns without gyms or whatever, but I like the games' regions as they are right now.

yeah, but they're mostly based of places outside of Japan (Venice, Greece) and since most game regions are based of parts of Japan that would be hard.

Well I doubt they'd use something like Samiya in the games...
