Would you still play Gold and Silver over HeartGold and SoulSilver?

Would you? I know it has not been released yet, but based on what is already been reveled.

I would not either, i just want to see if anyone says yes. I would understand for nostalgic reasons.

Not really...I mean I like to look at the old sprites sometimes but I see no reason to play it over HGSS. The graphics don't bother me, but playing on the Gameboy does, as do the outdated movesets of the Pokemon. Not to mention you can actually keep and transfer all your Pokemon/TMs/Items to any future gen now.

Oh, and after replaying some RSE I realized how much the physical/special split bugs me. Especially considering the Dark type.

Other than that, HGSS just provides so much more incentive...a Battle Frontier, so much more to do and see in the game.

The original GSC has a place in my heart, but these games are the same thing in spirit, just updated to the curent gen.

great as they were... this kinda outshines them. I think I'll frame them though.

lol thats a stupid question (no offense) so me ask you a question of my own
frlg or red and blue

btw hgss

I'll be playing HeartGold. Gold was nice, but the remakes will have so much more to them that it would be hard to go back and play the origional.

Heck no.

Plus, I can't play Silver or Crystal because their batteries died and I probably won't replace them when HGSS comes out.

HGSS will become my main game, but I'll play the old games every once in awhile

No. I get frustrated because I can't run in them.

I always will go back to the originals, and if the new remakes are not true to the old ones I will play the older ones.

Though they have been good with keeping the original aspects of the game so I'll play HG and SS over GSC.

I would play them for the nostalgia and stuff if I could find one of my old copies. I wouldn't even mind if the batteries had died, just as long as I could play them once again.
