Writers preparing for a Misty return?

Notice that Pokemon Sunday is having a special about the Togepi and the Kingdom 2 parter and another about the first chronicle episode focused on Misty for the new year. It might mean Misty is appearing this coming year, I know some said Misty was going to be in the Pokéthlon episode but she isn't cause her voice actor isn't confrimed to be in it.

I know some of you think I'm wishfull thinking but why would Pokemon Sunday do episodes that are focused on Misty rather then a epi she was in but play a minor role. I don't care if she returns soon or later in the year, and I'm not saying she going to be in the main cast again, just a play a role in an up coming episode.

And to think some thought Misty was being completely ignored and was such a shame to even mention in a episode. Obviously the writers are doing this to remind viewers of Misty.

BTW I'm not trying to start a war about Misty, it's sad people like you get so offended of just the thought of Misty returning.

It's not like its outside the relm of possibility (I won't go all Scott and post a bunch of numbers that mean nothing to the actual writers), but we're nearing the end of Sinnoh. Unless she has something useful to help Ash/Dawn with in their preparation for the League/GF, it would seem like she'd just be wasting time that could be used for training episodes.

If it was earlier in Sinnoh, then maybe, but not right now. The filler arc (wherever that it), would be a good time for her to appear since anything can happen there.

Man, I hope Misty returns to the anime. I just love when the show refers back to previous seasons and shows continuity. And Misty was obviously a huuuuuuuuge part of the show for a lot of years...it's only fair and right that we at least see her for an episode or two in Sinnoh.

Regardless of whether you like her or not, the fandom would, on the whole, prefer a Misty centered episode over ANOTHER training episode.

I think it's possible. Very possible. And I'd be very happy to see it.

When I first read the topic title, I was prepared for some outlandish idea about how they were gearing for her reintroduction to the main cast.

However, upon seeing what this is actually about, it seems very plausible and realistic. If they're to show her, why not introduce new generation fans to her? It's certainly a possibility. If you get flamed or ranted at for this, it'd be without any real reason.

Um, so what? There were lots of episodes that focused on Misty, are you going to assume special meaning every time one of them gets a rerun? And doesn't Pokemon Sunday do reruns weekly? Talk about jumping to conclusions.
