You'd better keep track of HGSS news.

We don't even know if that thing will appear in the anime.

Pokethlon (without the "a") is set of physical competitions between Pokemon (somewhat like Olympics) which is set to debut in HGSS.

For the future, check Bulbapedia instead of asking stupid questions.

He's browsing the forums of a Pokemon Encyclopedia web site and couldn't even bother to use the search option. -_-
 
Why is this in the anime thread? Shouldn't this be in the HGSS thread?
Just because they are going to have at least 2 episodes devoted to HGSS in the near future (with Soul in it) does not mean there is any confirmation that Pokethalons will be tied associated with it.
