Hey there everyone! I'm going to start a new game on my XD Gale of Darkness in a couple of days just for fun. I was wondering if anyone would be interested in the Pokemon I catch on there, since after they're purified they have a special move (though Lugia has two while Articuno, Zapdos, and Moltres have three). Just post what Pokemon you would like.

You can choose two non-legendary Pokemon or one legendary Pokemon.

Not looking for anything special in return, since I'm playing through for fun. If you want me to SR for a certain nature however, then I'll ask for an item/Pokemon from you.

First come, first serve. If someone else has asked for a Pokemon, please don't ask for it too! I'll list Pokemon people have already asked for if the thread becomes 3 or more pages. You can find a list of XD Pokemon and their special moves if you search 'Purification' in the pedia.

The move tutors are also available.

Choose the type of pokeball you want me to catch your Pokemon in (Poke, Great, Ultra, Master, Premier, Repeat, Timer, Nest, Net, Dive, or Luxury) I can only catch a Pokemon in a certain ball if it's available in-game at that time, unless you don't care about nature, then it's no problem (I can get the ball from my Emerald at the end of the game).

I've started playing the game now. Here are the Pokemon I've caught so far, along with their nature and special move:

  • Teddiursa: Serious: Refresh
  • Poochyena: Bashful: Heal Bell
  • Ledyba: Bashful: Refresh
  • Houndour: Sassy: Charm
  • Mareep: Careful: Heal Bell
  • Spheal: Docile: Charm
  • Seedot: Lonely: Refresh
  • Gulpin: Mild: Sing
  • Baltoy: Impish: Refresh
  • Spinarak: Naughty: Refresh
  • Numel: Bashful: Charm
  • Shroomish: Brave: Refresh
  • Carvanha: Impish: Refresh

Just wanted to let people know that these cannot have their natures SRed now.

I am currently at Pyrite, haven't caught any of the Shadow Pokemon yet. Still purifying Delcatty.

A Zapdos that is Timid or Modest would be awesome. What could I trade you for it?

I haven't restarted the game yet, but I can get it when I do. I remember the first time I played through it I evolved it all the way up to Tyranitar. I was too naive to keep the Egg Moves on in though (I think I ended up teaching it Crunch, Rock Slide, Thunderbolt, and Ice Beam). It sure helped me with Mt. Battle though.

I'd like the Starf Berry then. I've tried to get through the 100 Trainer challenge in PBR, but I usually only make it to the 80th-something trainer.

You're more than welcome to have both of them! I would be willing to offer a lot more if you can get a Modest / Timid Zapdos with good IVs, but that would probably be a TON of resetting (might not be worth it for you) :p
 
yes it is legit just got it from my pal park. unless you consider clones unlegit

It probably would take a bit of resetting for that. I think I'll just go for the natures. It would be really great to get both of the berries. Oh! I forgot to mention that I can catch the Pokemon in a specific type of pokeball if you want. I wouldn't ask anything for this, so just choose your Pokemon plus your pokeball. I'll have to add that to my first post.

Naw, clones are legit by me. I've used my Emerald to clone some of my Pokemon, so I could trade them to my fourth generation games and still be able to use them on my third generation ones.

Do you have TM80(Rock Slide) or TM91(Flash Cannon) that you would be willing to trade?

Alright, sounds good to me. I don't really have a preference on what kind of Poke Ball you use, whatever is most convienent for you is fine. I may want a nickname, but I'm not sure what yet. Thanks!
 
Can I get a Baton Passing Rapidash, preferably with a jolly Nature and Flash Fire?

Sure. In return, could you breed me a Kabuto with the egg moves Screech and Confuse Ray? (Lileep can teach a Tentacool Confuse Ray, then the Tentacool can learn Screech leveling up. The Tentacool can then pass on both moves to Kabuto).
 
Ooh ooh ooh, could I get a Zangoose? Don't care that much about nature and what not, though if it was male that'd be great.

Or the Altaria if no one has claimed it.

Could I claim the Togepi, and could I have it nicknamed TogeFist? I would prefer it to be Timid or Modest. I don't really care what pokeball you catch it in.

And could I also claim the Dragonite? I would like the nickname to be Awesome. I would prefer it to be careful. I don't care what pokeball it is caught in.
