Yanmega

Im doing my first EV trained pokemon and it just so happens to be yanmega. Im done with the EVs and im wondering if this is good distribution for a yanmega

255 special attack

Erm... that's a pretty messed up bug you have there. First of all the "Impetuous and silly" means that its highest IV is Speed (good); however, it also means that the very highest it can be is 27. If it's going to be competitive it needs 31 in Sp Attack (Mischievous) and 31 in Speed (Alert to sounds). However, there are other characteristics for 31 in an IV, such as Often dozes off (31 HP), Likes to thrash about (31 Attack), Capable of taking hits (31 Defense), and Somewhat vain (31 Sp Defense), and if any of those show up there's a chance it could have 31 Sp Attack or Speed as well. IVs for your Yanmega should definitely be, at least, xHP/xAtk/xDef/31 Sp Atk/xSpDef/31 Speed. The EV set you provided isn't really great... just go ahead and make it 6 HP/252 Sp Attack/252 Speed. You also need a moveset... if you're going with Speed Boost on it and don't want to worry about Hidden Power, you can use Protect (Gives you a turn for your speed to be raised)/Hypnosis/Bug Buzz/Air Slash. You can put a Life Orb on there as well to increase the power of your attacks.
