Yellow Shards in Generation III?

Hopefully, this isn't being a bother, but while I've appreciated the mass of information that Bulbapedia has to offer, I was rather confused concerning yellow shards and thunderstones in Generation III (or Sapphire, to be exact).
The page mentions yellow shards and that they can be traded for thunderstones, but where are the yellow shards found and where can they be traded?

They can be found in diving areas and traded to the guy left of the island with the rocket station

Search around with Dive. The shards can be traded in with the Treasure Hunter west of Mossdeep City.

I think I found a Yellow Shard underwater, but can't remember was it between Lilycove and Mossdeep, or Mossdeep and Sootopolis, or Sootopolis and Pacifidlog... :/ Good luck!

They are mostly around Mossdeep and Sootopolis.

Seach on all the rocks and black patches in all diving areas, and also go to some secret places they lead you to. You'll find 2 Yellow Shards that way.

If you need more, wild Chinchou underwater can sometimes hold them.

Yep. And Red Shards are sometimes held by wild Corsola. They can be found by fishing atop the waterfall of Ever Grande City, in the area before entering Victory Road. Fish in that small pond.
