Basically, I'm looking for any help I can get here, whether it be switching out some Pokemon, or just some drastic moveset changes.
I can hold up well enough in battles, but I can't seem to actually WIN, and I'm wondering if there's really any glaring reasons why.

Edit: As This is a team in progress, I haven't started fully EV training yet, so the values are not written.

Firstly, without EV's, to us raters, this team is like a vegetable (like when you do drugs.. cookie to whoever gets the relation). A team without ev's is pretty much useless..
Though in terms of pokemon choices..
you could go for a mence over a dnite and get rid of glaceon- too frail and marowak- better options

Haha, well, I'm also looking for EV tips.
I'm generally maxing out their top stats, e.g. Dragonite's attack, Glaceon's Sp. Attack, Umbreon's Sp. Def. and HP.

I've considered a Salamence, and who would you recommend over Glaceon?

in that case, try the coplete my team thread which is stickied, or the in game team thread. Also, reading this and this could help quite a bit. (except that latias is now baned. It still will help alot.
