Hi guys! I only found these forums recently, despite being a chronic Bulbapedia user, so I thought I'd join instead of just lurking.

Incidentally, what does 'bmgf' stand for?

I'm pretty sure "BMGF" stands for "Bulbasaur's Mysterious Garden Forums."
