I just wanna know because I like to see what other player's choose for pokemon, pokemon types etc? I will tell you my team very soon.
 
My in-game team? I did Cynthia in with:

Roserade
Garchomp
Absol
Golem
Jolteon
Empoleon

As for my post-E4 team, I'm going to train:

Ambipom
Salamence
Lopunny
Lucario
Shieldon
Infernape

Though it's subject to change =P


EDIT: Also, doesn't this go in the Video Games section?
 
I beat the E4 for the first time with:

Electivire
Snorlax
Togekiss
Torterra
Tyranitar (traded)
Vaporeon

Afterwards, I boxed the whole team to start over with a whole new team, to beat the E4 for a 2nd time. It's subject to change, but the team currently consists of:

Ampharos
Dragonite
Lapras
Marowak
Meganium (I always try to keep just 1 starter in my team.)
Toxicroak

Maybe I'm thinking ahead too much, but I'm already planning my 3rd team, since my current team's all nearly at Lv. 60. Not sure about the members yet, though I've already decided the starter for that team would be Typhlosion.
 
i think this is quite a good thread simply for teams, just for people to compare them

i've just finished the 5th gym

mine are

houndoom
prinplup
gabite
gallade
luxray

need to train them all though, they're only just over level 30 :/

Dialga, Lucario, Rayquaza, Butterfree, Nirdoran (still training)

Before Elite Four:
Torterra, Crobat, Electrabuzz, Tropius, Porygon-Z, Lucario

My team's always like this on Platinum.. I really want to get a good set ingame team for it, though, instead of using the concept of HM slaves. :( Mismagius is never ever leaving my party though (I even use it in my main competitive battling team so I never have to take it out of my party lol), but the other two.. eh. Maybe I should train up an actual ingame Tropius purely for the cool factor. :eek:

I think I might end up doing something like this (but since almost all of these guys are EV trained and everything I'll probably just use a different team for exploring Sinnoh):

Roserade (m, shiny, Nobara)
Gardevoir (m, shiny, Aster)
Kingdra (f, Leliana)
Weavile (f, shiny, Kesshou)
Rotom-Cut (shiny, Prato)

If you can't tell, I really really like shinies.

Of course since I don't actually go around ingame on Platinum much I just might scrap the id- aaaaand I really need to stop rambling on right now ><;

I've been rocking Sinnoh with my "Assassin's Squad" as I call them. Basically my Fighting Team...

Infernape
Toxicroack
Gallade
Lucario
Weavile
Scizor

Gotta love it. I think I'm gonna build a Water team next....

I have a few more I use like gyarados, magmortar and electrive but that was my original team I leveled with.
 
Currently I beat the E4, got my silver prints, and working on captures and color prints. I'm using:

Infernape
Porygon-Z
Leafeon
Rhyperior
Floatzel- but haven't used him since E4 really
