I'm seeing this tomorrow or sometime this week... has anyone seen it yet?

I heard some really mixed things about it but I don't care how awful people say it is, I always love a good laugh.

Despite the fact that Adam Sandler sucks at faking an Israeli accent, it doesn't bother me and I'm half Israeli myself. But a real one sounds nothing like that.

Also Zohan is NOT an Israeli name. I suppose it could pass for one, but it sounds more like either a name of a street or a restaurant or a club, but definitely not a first name. A last name perhaps but it sounds like a combination of two common last names. But then again I haven't been up to date with the Israeli name generation in a long time.

I'm probably going to see it tomorrow, too. I don't think it will be better than The Love Guru, but I've been waiting for a good Adam Sandler comedy.

I've seen the movie. Honestly, I was disappointed. All the good laughs were shown in the Ads.
I'm Arabic. I must say I was ticked off to see how they mispresented us; but then again, media always misrepresents people these days XP

I didnt' get to go see it yesterday, but I'd like to go today if I can find someone to go with...

People say Adam Sandler films suck and walk out of them all the time, but they still make plenty of money in the box office. Go figure.

I might go see this one just to try and recognize all the Israeli actors that landed parts in the film. Lulz and all.

That would be because those people paid their tickets. :p

50 First Dates was a cute movie though, I remember going to the theater to see that with some friends.

I'm going to see the movie tomorrow because I'm a really big Adam Sandler fan and I find all of his movies good and funny.

It IS stupid, but it's a fun ride.

Better than Spanglish and Reign Over Me at least.

I though that was hilarious :D, best Rob Shnieder character

I'm pretty much the same way (even though I really didn't like Spanglish, and I never even wanted to see Reign Over Me)

You know, you can just use IMDb. :p

And like Geodude said, people paid for their tickets so they can walk out and it won't make a difference.

I've never walked out of a movie before, it seems ridiculous to let money go down the drain like that and I'm sure half the people who say they have are lying. They probably wish they had though.

You know, my Economics class taught me something interesting: once your money's been spent, it's been spent (unless they give you a refund, but you know what I mean). Walking out of a movie or not walking out won't have any effect on how much you've spent, since it's too late. The only thing you're doing now is wasting valuable free time you could spend doing something enjoyable with (or even getting that refund!) instead.

Yeah, I like that movie, great plot and all.

Zohan seems really cliche, but since all Adam Sandler movies have been making good movie, so I think it will be great in the box office.

Okay I just came back from it, it was by far the best comedy this year. Anyone who says it's getting bad ratings because of middle easterns being pissed off, is an idiot. If anything, an Israeli-American would appreciate it more, cause there are some jokes that only they'd get.

People who hated it seem to say "I absolutely despised this movie and I'm not even Israeli, Jewish, or Arab" like that's supposed to say something that they'd hate it more.. if anything they'd probably appreciate it more than a random American. I sure did. But then again I can't even see what was so bad about it for Americans anyway.

Yeah, Adam Sandler can't do an Israeli accent for life, so what? Everyone else in the movie seemed to be fine, and I got used to it after a while as every other factor made up for it, he was still funny, I barely recognized him as Sandler anyway like I do in most of his other films where he's just the same old jerk. In a way he kinda reminded me of Borat.

Also John Turturro was awesome.

Yeah, I saw it on Friday, and I have to say it wasn't that bad. Rob Shneider was hilarious, and I've found myself quoting lots of lines from the movie (which I usually do when I see a movie I like). However, there's really only one word I can describe this movie with...

Hummus

Oh, and the Phantom and his restaurant commercials were hilarious.
