Not long ago NOE made a statment saying they will block imports of D/P to european, but from what I have heard, many people from Europe have the game already, my friends have it, their friends and cousins have it and loads of people on serebii that live in europe have it, so what I find funny is that NOE said they will block imports yet they do not know that so many people in europe have it.

It only proves to me that they are all bark no bite.

Hehe, my local game store is acually selling them... if what you said is true... I find it funny too.

They didn't say they'd block imports. They said they'd threaten legal action against companies importing to Europe. Some companies respected that threat, others didn't.

Really, nothing to do with NOE "being all talk no bark", whatever that's meant to mean, it's just certain import sites sold the games regardless.

The phrase is "all bark and no bite" for future reference, heh. The "bark" is the threat, or the "talk" you were referring to.

The mere expectations caused by Nintendo's announcement is already an action. They cannot of course prevent all stores from allowing game imports to europeans, but saying they could take legal action if stores did so prevents already some of them from doing so (prolly the most important).

same for my local game store and the game store near my old house

the latter is £34.99
while the first is £40.00
