I know they didn't in the games, but...I think it'd be kinda cool if they did. Kinda.

Team Rocket's Hoenn motto reminds me of them :)
 
I doubt it. After all, Magma and Aqua didn't have mottos.

Shoot, there are Rocket-Dan agents who didn't even get mottos. Like Bashou and Buson. Or Tatsumi.
 
A B&B motto would have been great. It would have been interesting to hear serious agents have one. As it stands, they only gave their names at the beginning, to Sebastian.

Domino, while lacking a motto, had that introduction scene where she twirled around like Sailor Moon (no doubt a reference to her Japanese VA).

I mentioned this in the Evil Team Leaders club. The instant I got images of random grunts or the commanders or even Cyrus whipping around in absurd poses spouting off rhymes...well. Quite frankly I think I'd die.

Come to think of it, I can imagine a few grunts trying to think up a motto and ripping it off from Team Rocket, but nothing will become of it.
 
I kinda hope the "Three Beauties" mentioned in the Rentora episode was hinting at a name for the TG Admins.

Hm... but the thing was, no one in Ginga-dan really knew what the hell was going on other than Cyrus, for the most part.

The sad thing is, I can see that happen.
 
Besides the various members of TR, I think only the PMC had a motto.

None of the other villain teams have had one.
 
They were assholes who exploited Pokemon though like Cleffa and Lunatone for fame, or so it appeared.

Yeah, but it would be sorta cool if they did have one. Or if there were a pair of agents that did, anyway. They could get into an argument with Koujirou and Musashi about who has the better motto. Plus, they could do a few episodes of pursuing Shinji and trying to get that Erebu. I would be amused as long as it wasn't permanent.
 
Will they have the motto? I have a better question - will they ever appear? I hope the cast gets to Tobari soon. Because that was where their HQ was located in games.

About motto - NO. Just like Magma, like Aqua, they are going to be recurring villains (considering that they appear at all). So, their role is going to be pretty... random. Like Aqua and Magma's. That's how I see them in the anime.
 
I'd hope not, it just wouldn't seem right if they did. There supposed to be way more evil than TR LOL.
 
As far as comparing the evil teams go, all I have to offer is this.

Teams Magma and Aqua dried up the oceans/flooded the land with the power of Legendaries.
Team Galactic almost destroyed the Galaxy by harnassing Dialga/Palkia and using the three Lake Legendaries. They also blew up a lake.
HOWEVER....Team Rocket cloned and CREATED a Legendary Pokemon. By using DNA from Mew.
