This is the ultimate battle between the guy whose Ratatta is in the top percentage and the fat guy nearby your house who talks about technology. Who would win?
 
The techno guy. I like the sense of progression we get from talking to him. From linked wires, to wireless technology to worldwide communication.
 
Uh... who would win in a battle, you mean? Youngster Joey, of course. How can a mere mortal possibly defeat his top-percentage Rattata? Wonderful Tech Guy, as far as we know, does not have any Pokemon, so his chances of victory are slim at best.
