GSC cloning glitch for me. I so abused that thing when I was little, but I'm a little scared to use it now after where my old Silver version went... and I don't know if this has happened to anyone else, but I once stumbled across "Glitch Mail," a weird "?" item in my Pack that could be sold for like, over $19k apiece. That was fun too. ^_^
 
Well I preffer the glitch pokemon, namely Missingno. and while I haven't seen ever ゥ (chisai-u), I'd like to have one, and am trying to get the right stats in a pokemon for it...

General glitches, TM 52 becouse it gives "armor" whatever that is... And there's this strange glitched area which isn't neither the glitch city nor the glitch cave... But I found it by messing up with RAM so I guess it doesn't count.
 
Cloning glitches are always good, though nowdays we have to use them with the risk of having our file corrupted. :( Other than that, I don't think the recent games really have that many glitches do they?

I just remembered...the truck :D. That may not have been an official glitch, but it was still awesome and epic (on the internetz anyhow)
 
New games don't have the epic glitches that the old games do. No one cares about you invisible shiny bulbasaur. I love Glitch City. Oh and Emerald Cloning Glitch for massive cloning.

Early DP also had the item-clone glitch, a safe one and the Mimic glitch.
 
I like the GTS cloning glitch because, although it takes a lot more time and is harder to do, there isn't a risk of losing your Pokémon.
 
I don't think I can choose just one glitch and set it apart from the rest. Missingno, Glitch City, The Mew Trick (even though it's somewhat badly named) and the cloning glitch in Gold, Silver and Crystal made my days of playing the first and second generation games memorable.

Those four for the sake of nostalgia.
 
The Mew Glitch in Pokemon Gen 1. Screw Missingo, I want a legitamate Pokemon from Illegimate means.
 
the emerald cloning glitch- i have found taken advantage of it to the extreme
i can obtain 900 masterballs within 5 minutes
 
my favorite is glitch city...nothing is more fun than surfing on land, walking on water, getting stuck in invisible walls, and giving pikachu a seizure attack
