I think this was already done?

I fell in love with the Shinx line up as well as Glameow and Purugly.
 
Kanto: Arcticuno.

Johto: (And over-all) Totodile.

Hoenn: Linoone.

Sinnoh: Chimchar.

Shinx and evos, Stary and evos, Chimchar and evos, and Totodile and Croconaw all tie for being awesome. I also like most water types and psychics.
 
mine is gligar. i really like gligar and i liked it more when ash caught it.
 
Currently, my fave pokémon is Linoone. Belly Drum + Extremespeed makes it so effing awesome. And I know, I never keep any one pokémon as my "favorite" for a long time. Actually... I went through at least 50 pokémon before going with Linoone. I wonder how long my short favorite-ism span lasts for the ferret-possum-raccoon thing.
 
If I had to pick one I'd say Meowth. Some runner ups are Monferno, Lucario, and Flygon.

Hmmm, got a few favs, by gen:
G1 - Blastoise
G2 - Typhlosion
G3 - Walren
G4 - Glaceon

Legendaries:
G1 - Mewtwo
G2 - Lugia
G3 - Tight competition from Kyogre and Rayquaza
G4 - Tight competition from Dialga and Arceus

If I had to choose though, I'd go with Glaceon, reason? S/He can keep me cool in the hot weather, plus May has a Glaceon!
 
arcanine has been a favorite ever since i cuaght a shiyn growlith and evolved him been about 3 years since i caught old duke
