From the final episode of Paranoia Agent so I suppose a spoiler warning would suffice here.

Easily the best moment in the show.

I'm not going to bother searchng for the video clips, but I like the fight between Shining Gundam and Shadow Gundam in Mobile Fighter G Gundam, I like the giant robot knife fight near the end of Neon Genisis Evangelion, the fight between Spike and Vicious in Cowboy Bebop in episode 5 and the final episode, that scene in Cowboy Bebop in the episode Brain Scratch where the tv monitor explains the concept of God to Spike, the bulk of episode 2 of Angel Beats! where they all get picked off and killed on their way to the guild.

Thats the easiest I can think of right now.

The last episode of Death Note where Light runs away and his younger-self walks, probably his imagination of what might've been for him if he hadn't got the death note in the first place.

Then, his final death in a warehouse, where he dies after catching a glimpse of L. EPIC

Not sure if this counts, but it's from Avatar: The Last Airbender. This is definitely one of my favorite moments.

One Piece is great for this kind of thing, but my all time favourites are these two scenes. Aww hell, Usopp Vs. Perona is probably the best fight in the show. Go watch the whole damn thing if you haven't already, because there are too many hillarious parts missing from inbetween these segments.

I'm having a tough time thinking of specific scenes, but a couple of old-school Funimation DBZ ones come to mind. Both, ironically, took place during the Planet Namek stuff.

One is the one where Dende told the others not to piss off the god of love (referring to the dragon). I don't know why I found that to be funny since they went out of their way to censor things like "HFIL" and "The next dimension".

Other scene that I liked was when Goku threatened Freiza. "Freiza, I'm going to slap the/some? sense into you!" And he proceeded to do so. I laughed at that too.
 
Definitely love King Cold's line here. There are tons of scenes I love, but for this one stands out a lot to me, just the way it was done.

My favorite anime scenes? Usually Joey scenes in Yu-Gi-Oh. He is just so effin' hilarious! The best one of all has to be the conversation between him, Tristen, and Serenity over the phone when Serenity is still in the hospital. Joey's facial expressions and dialogue makes me crack up so hard every time! XD

I don't think there's a video of this scene, but I know the episode is somewhere on YouTube. Or, it was the last time I checked. It's episode 56 or something like that.
 
This isn't my favouite scene, but I like the cliche samurai / ninja fight scene that seems to be in just about every anime. You know, where the two people are dueling, usually with swords, and they run at each other and slash each other in the middle and continue running, then they both pause for a few seconds and one of them falls over.

For several reasons. First, England working out. Second, America pulling a Rolls Royce in a tank top. And lastly, the way England says "No, i'm not" while eating a biscuit. *Glared at by Hetalia haters*
 
Not searching for clips because I'm lazy, but England is sexy when he's drunk. France complaining in episode 10 was pretty funny too. And Italy hitting puberty = epic win. *shot by Hetalia haters*

Oh, and the bit in Ouran High School Host Club when Tamaki calls everyone gay.

And not sure if YGOTAS counts, as it is abridged, but BROOKLYN RAGE, BROOKLYN RAAAGE!
