Your perfect movie?

It is al in the title. How would your perfect movie look like.
Wil it have the usual "2 legendary's fight"-plot or "some badguy wants a legendary"-plot? Or wil it be something completely different? What legendary's will it have? Or is it one big fight with cool music and lot's of action? Or....

Say what you want about the greatest movie ever in your opinion!
 
None of the bad guys have ever held my interest, and while some of the legendary fights have been pretty cool, they're never enough to carry a whole film imo. I guess that's why I liked the Lucario one so much. There weren't really any silly big bads that I couldn't care less about gumming up the works, so most of the focus pertained to Lucario's character development and his interaction with Ash, while The Regi trio were merely obstacles. I'd prefer more films like that, I guess.
 
movie 6 was my favorite!!!!
the bad guy back to capture a powerful pokemon, ash loses pikachu... so on and so forth. and partly because mewtwo is my favorite pokemon
 
My "perfect movie"? The very first one comes so close that I'd might as well not bother. I'd instead focus on the human characters or something; Pokèmon is about pokèmon so they get the spotlight, but I'd honestly be more interested in seeing some long-lacked human character development.

But something with Mewtwo beating Deoxys would be interesting to watch.
 
When it comes down to my favourite movie, that is movie 10. I really liked the fight between Dialga, Palkia and Darkrai. The perfect movie for me would be something epic, such as a legendary fight, and something that would involve a lot of action.

This. Them doing more or less important stuff than just random stuff would be a big bonus too.

Intimidating scenes of big monsters! I love the scene from movie 10 when we see Dialga and Palkia for the first time - the silence, close-ups of their glowing eyes, it's just so creepy and awesome!
 
Unless the Rocket-Dan as an organization is the focus, the perfect movie wouldn't have the TRio at all. All they do is take up space and waste time
 
For my perfect movie, I actually came up with a movie idea of my own. :XD:

It was a mix a pre-existing idea (badguy wants a legendary) and some aspects never seen in Pokemon before.

But I won't be posting it.
 
Okay, I had an idea for a movie. Just a final fight with Giovanni. It could involve him creating some kind of pokemon army. It would be a continuation of the First Movie.

We could say that Giovanni knew of Mewtwo's plot all along, and he somehow captured the Dragonite that was carrying the letters, and he used those letters to get DNA from the trainers, so that he could clone them.

But we could also say, that one trainer that was invited did not come, but got an invitation. He is the Kanto League Champion.

In my perfect movie, I would use my fanfic trainer (he combines storylines from the games with the story, and is the Indigo League Champion the year that Ash places in the top 16). He can be introduced into the series somehow and travels with Ash. His DNA, along with Ash's and all other trainers in that movie, is used to create a group of super trainers, and they fight together to finally realize Giovanni's ultimate plans.

It's just something I thought up just now, so, what do you think?
 
My favorite movie is definately the second one Pokemon 2000. I love any kind of movie where they main character has to collect a certain amount of a rare object, I just think its really cool. The glass balls also look very sleak in this movie Ive always wanted my own collection of them, and I was mad when all I got out of that movie was a Mew card. It is still my perfect movie nonetheless.
 
To me the perfect movie doesn't involve so many legendary Pokemon but cool Pokeon in general. Destiny Deoxys and Jirachi Wish Maker were bogus for me. I liked Lucario. I didn't like movie ten so much basically because I seen the plot as a little boring. However Giratina and the Sky Warrior was pretty good, maybe it was the idea of Giratina and the Reverse World and the Shaymin that I loved to hate lol. Giratina is one of the most scary ass Pokemon there is.

My idea of the perfect movie I think were the second and third ones. Both of them had epic Pokemon (Lugia and Entei). Movie 2 basically because of the whole destroying the world thing and it just shows its not nice to piss off Mother Nature. The third one with Ash trying to save Delia was very cool with Molly creating her own universe and battling Brock and Misty. The whole thing just came together well for me.
 
It would be Team Rocket centered. :P Ash and Co. could be the secondary characters, sort of switching roles I guess to how it would usually be.
 
My "perfect movie" would be abandoning the whole "starring legendary pokemon" concept. Make a generic "movie" about the anime in itself, something akin to the Raikou special but including the main cast of characters. A movie like that would give the Team Rocket admins in HGSS a proper anime introduction.

You mean Deoxys Beating Mewtwo, Right? XD

I like the whole legendary battle thing, but they could go a little deeper into the background.

Seriously, does anyone know why Dialga and Palkia were fighting in Movie 9?
 
For me, Movies 7 and 10 are almost perfect Pokémon Movies. They had anything I need from Pokémon movie. Epic battle of legendaries in interesting setting, so called bad guy who actually is good guy (Deoxys in Movie 7, Darkrai in Movie 10) and my most favourite is fact Ash is not the only hero in these movies and need help of others to save the day.
The only thing I would have eliminate would be comic reliefe characters, especially Jessie, James and Meowths and also that stupid "Baron Lickylicky" in Movie 10. These characters may be interesting in anime, but has no place in movies.
 
Movie 7 would have been much better without the block robots and without Tory. Those two things were lame.
 
Yet another proof how different tastes on what is and what is not good we have. For me Block Robots and especially Tory and his fear of Pokémon was what did Movie 7 so interesting for me (other than the things I pointed out above). I can't help, but Tory is very unique character not seen elsevere in Pokémon anime.

You're talking about the first one with Darkrai, right? If so, that one was Movie 10, since Movie 11 is Giratina and the Sky Warrior, and Movie 12 is Arceus and the Jewel of Life. I can't remember right, but I think in the beginning of Movie 10, or close to it, part of a legend/prophecy was mentioned, something like "Dialga and Palkia aren't meant to be brought together, otherwise it'll bring destruction" or something like that.

To me, the reason for their fighting is that it's just a matter of "Hey foo'! Get off mah turf!!":-D
