Here you can post the six strongest pokemon you had in any pokemon game. For example my team of strongest pokemon is:
1. Samurott: From my White. He is the highest lvl pokemon I ever had. He has been in many battles and won many of them. His current lvl is 80. I lvld him up today.
2. Electivire(Wolt): From my W2. He is the powerhouse of my W2 team and was important in my gym battle against Drayden, Marlon and Skyla.
3. Lapras(Finnick): From my Soulsilver. Seriously this turtle killed at least two of Lances Dragonites when he was 10 lvls below them.
4. Braviary(Storm): From W2. Really strong. Has Defiant ability and I used him to beat Clay.
5. Feraligatr: From Soulsilver. He was my first pokemon.
6. Excadrill: This guy is so epic. He took down half Grimsleys team and has been a powerhouse for so long.
Legendaries are not allowed on this list and no cheat pokemon can be here.

It's hard to tell, but probably:
Garchomp from my Platinum run (I know it is overused and everything but she is actually the only pseudolegendary I've ever had in my team and cared about)
Lucario from Black 2 - with Ice Punch she was my adorable dragon slayer.
Arcanine - also Black 2. (Thanks to a bit trolling with Flash Fire I managed to 1HKO (okay, maybe 2) Ghetsis Eelektross.)
Gyarados - i have had several of them in different games and they've always proved useful.
Luxray (Platinum) or Krookodile (Black) - I loved both and both were really strong so I cannot decide.
Torterra/Sceptile - I always go with grass type starters and those two were probably the strongest (even when I love the others, too). I find hard decide between Leaf Blade and Eaerhquake, so I am mentioning both of them.

(Actually I used Kyogre in Saphire a lot, but I don't like using legendaries anymore).

My #1 would be my Vaporeon from W2, the thing is always my MVP in Lunchtime battles at school.
The rest of the list is pretty tough. The typhlosion from my first game, Gold, did very well and was the lead of my team there. My Rain Dance/Hurricane/Thunder Dragonite has a strategy that works very well. Mamoswine with egg move Icicle Crash is very good as well.

I don't have a full six, but the four strongest of my Pokemon from White and Black 2 were my...

Lilligant (Rosaline): This girl was a total badass. I'm not sure if her Hasty nature was good or not, but I really don't care. She had probably the strongest grass-type moves I can think of, and my friends always wanted to kill me when I sent her out in battle against them because of the ridiculous strength of her Giga Drain move.

Zoroark (Erin): Just got this guy up to level 100 today. He has a Naive nature, which boosts his speed and makes him the second fastest member of my Black 2 team (Serperior being the fastest out of all). He has a great moveset, with Grass Knot that takes down Ground, Rock, and Water. Then he has Flamethrower, which takes down Grass, Steel, Poison, Ice, and Bug. Finally, he has Dark Pulse, which takes down Ghost and Psychic. He is a perfect partner for my Lucario in Double Battles.

Lucario (Ronin): Ronin also has an amazing moveset and great speed. He knows Aura Sphere, which takes down Dark, Normal, Rock, Ice, and Steel. Then he knows Psychic, which takes down Fighting and Poison types. He knows Bone Rush, which is best for Fire, Poison, Rock, Steel, and those annoying Electric types. Finally, he knows Dragon Pulse, which is a lifesaver when battling against my friends since they use so many Dragon types.

Serperior (Excalibur): He is the fastest on my Black 2 team and he has a Lax nature which boosts him in Defense, so when he's hit, he won't die instantly and is able to use Giga Drain to take his health back. He also knows Dragon Pulse, and like I said earlier, a lot of my friends use Dragon Types. Another great thing is that he knows Flash, which is great for annoying my friends by making them miss every attack they use.

• (in all my Unova games) Mienshao, always my reliable Pokemon, has not let me down, in Black 2 she was my first level 100, in my White 2 game is also my only shiny I found to date. As Mienfoo it helped me out winning 2 to 4 badges (depending on game and level), and in B2 helped me beat Grimsley and Marshall, mostly with 1 hit. Took down 5 of 6 Pokemon of Iris, again mostly with 1 hit.

• (in all my Unova games) Watchog my strong and loyal battler (I keep reading on other forums, and YouTube vids about him not being good). Helped out with Shauntel and Caitlin in my B2 game. Best normal Pokemon I ever used, with the right move and ability - its really good, I won't trade it for anything in the world

• (in all my Unova games) Dewott, with an everstone (nothing wrong with Samurott, I just love Dewott much more), aside from being my #1 favorite Pokemon, it has always helped me out in lots of difficult situations. Its an excellent companion to surf with

• (Soul Silver, Pear, and all Unova games too) Buizel, similar to Dewott above, really helps out with battles, in Pearl it helped me to take down a few gym leaders, lots of trainers. Learning Ice Moves, it should be easy to take down the dragons.

• (since gen 3 and above - never played the other two earlier gens) Persian, my top cat for many generations, even today it helps out a lot with battles, and in my "All Feline Team" already helped me with 2 badges

• (in all my Unova games) Liepard, another of my top cats in my games, being dark type, it helps out with two types that my main Pokemon, Mienshao, can't defeat (by type) alone.

YOU DID NOT JUST CALL LAPRAS A TURTLE!!! IT'S A PLESIOSAUR WITH A SHELL!!!

Anyways...
Typhlosion-From HeartGold. Very high speed and sp. attack, and can covers every weakness with his moveset.
Gyarados-Yes, it is the red one from HG. Same deal as above but with attack stat and dragon dance
Steelix-Last one from HG (you can probably tell it was my most successful playthrough). Let's face it, if it can withstand hi jump kick from Mienshao, it can take a lot. Plus it has the protect+leftovers combo for further tanking.
Blaziken-From Emerald. Simple yet powerful moves.
Kangaskhan-From SECOND playthrough of HG. High attack+fake out+STAB=fun. Sucker punch ensures further havoc.
Arcanine-Also from there. Has heatwave, flare blitz, extreme speed, and will have wild charge. Good all around.

NO IT IS TURTLE WITH A LONG NECK!!!!!

My guys

Scrafty - (rocky) shed skin and rest. Scrafty is the ultimate annoying long cave surviver.

Quagsire - (wally) my first true dw bred poke. If you aint packing grass he kick you ass.

Dragonite - (Hercules) love dragonites used in about 4 games

Jumpluff - super fast statue annoyer was great in gen 4

Marowak - weak until you grind for a thick club. Then beats things to death.

Staraptor - easily the best run through early pokemon. close combat pew pew.

Gardevoir (Emerald). Calm Mind, Future Sight, Psychic, Thunderbolt. I don't know what this guy's nature was, but at the Battle Palace in the Frontier, it KNEW it should use Calm Mind three times before using Psychic O_O But AI aside, it got me through a lot of battles. Worth all the time and trouble spent on my first journey.

Gallade (Pt, SS, B2). ALWAYS my favorite. My strongest attacker.

Rampardos (Pt, B2). Powerful KO-er. Best used imo when paired with...

Lopunny (Pt, B2). Agility + Baton Pass. Mirror Coat ftw.

Staraptor (Pt). I can never find a better bird than this guy tgat can actually fight.

Galvantula (B). Awesome speed and pwning all the birds lol.

NO IT IS TURTLE WITH A LONG NECK!!!!!

IF IT WAS A TURTLE, IT COULD ENTER ITS SHELL, WHICH IS ALSO FAR TOO SMALL!!!

Garchomp (from Diamond) - Dragon Rush, Fire Fang, Giga Impact, Crunch
Gengar (from Diamond) - Shadow Ball, Energy Ball, Curse, Dark Pulse
Lucario (from Black2) - Earthquake, Dragon Pulse, ExtremeSpeed, Close Combat
Arcanine (from Black2) - Wild Charge, Flamethrower, Outrage, Iron Head
Magmortar (from Platinum) - Flamethrower, Thunderbolt, Brick Break, Solar Beam
Heracross (from Black2) - Megahorn, Stone Edge, Close Combat, Earthquake

Going over this Im realising they're all from Gen IV and V, I guess when I was kid playing Gen I, II and III I didnt really pay much attention to balance, types, etc :)

PS: there are a few more I had that simply dominated the game way too easily: dragonite, gallade, floatzel, archeops, charizard, alakazam. I never liked defense, and since I dont play competitively I never needed a "smart" team. In this respect though, I did try something different once: Umbreon (confuse ray, substitute, toxic, payback). Now it wasn't bad at all, but it just wasn't as exciting ad decimating someone else's team with heracross or garchomp :D
