Similar to the Platinum thread. Just post what you're up to in your game so far. As for me:

-Started off with Cyndaquil, named it Bakutaro.
-Named my rival Silver. (Obviously)
-Captured several Sentret, Pidgey, and Rattata.
-Traded over a Chikorita and Totodile Egg, as well as the Fateful Encounter Pichu, Jirachi and Arceus.
-Hatched the Eggs and spent some time raising them to the same level as my Cyndaquil.
-Reached Violet City.

Current Team:
Bakutaro/CYNDAQUIL-M-Lv.11
Mizutaro/TOTODILE-M-Lv.10
Megataro/CHIKORITA-M-Lv.11
 
-I started with a Chikorita and named it Davis.
-Named my Rival Edward
-Traded over PCP, Gamestop Jirachi, and a Shinny Charmander named Stella.
-Caught a Pidgey (named it Ricky), a Geodude (Named Marge), a slowpoke (named after the Latin word for slow),hatched my Togipe egg (named it Ziggy, and got my Spiky Eared Pichu and named it Jenny.
-Got my first 2 badges
 
-Started with Totodile (after many soft resets for an Adamant one xP)
-Named rival Devon, just because I can
-Traded over the team I was builiding for my SS copy: Cyndaquil, Scizor, Staryu, Dratini and Larvitar
-Headed to the first gym
-Will trade event PCP, Jirachi and a few other pokemon once I reach Violet city
-Just beat Bug Catcher Wade

Scizor Lv.8

The last thing I did was win my first badge.

Before that I picked a Chikorita, and caught a Pidgey, and a Mareep to use. I played around with the Pokewalker for a bit and managed to catch a Nidoran.

So far I've been loving every second of gameplay.
 
Got the game a bit over an hour ago and I've been SRing trying to get a shiny starter since.
 
-Started off with Chikorita, named it Navi
-Named my rival Silver. (Obviously)
-Captured Pidgey, Weedle, Sentret, Geodude, Mareep, and Ekans.
-Weedle evolved to a Beedrill, but that took forever and was annoying as hell.
-Navi is close to becoming a Bayleef.
-Just beat Proton at Azalea Town

Wow, some people are really burning through this game, huh? lol Not like I can say anything, really. When I first got my original Silver version, I made it all the way past Ecruteak on my first sitting.

Anyways, since last time:

-Cleared Sprout Tower.
-Captured two Bellsprout outside Violet City, one male and one female.
-Taught my female Bellsprout Flash, and went exploring for a little bit in Dark Cave.
-Traded my male Bellsprout to Rudy, the boy in the house next to the Violet Pokemon Center, for Rocky, his Onix.
-Cleared Violet Gym, earned my Zephyr Badge.
-Got the Egg from Elm's Aid and picked up a Super Potion my Mom got me at the Violet PokeMart.

Current Team:
-Megataro/CHIKORITA-M-Lv.13

Ahh, so jealous of your all starter team! You have two DS I assume? I'm thinking about grabbing an extra one tomorrow for trading back and forth with myself... but then I also want to get the DSi XL on the 28th, so I'm torn on what to do.

Actually, no, though there are times where I think it would be ever so useful. My cousin and I actually went to go pick up the games together. He got HG, I got SS, just like when we were kids. :] We helped each other trade in stuff from other versions. The Totodile and Chikorita were actually bred in my Pt, and then traded over un-hatched along with the three Fateful Encounter Pokemon. My cousin also traded in the FE Pokemon, but decided to transfer over a Bagon and Aron egg instead, the cheap little 'effer. >_<

And just so this isn't totally off topic:

-Cleared the Kabuto Puzzle in the Ruins of Alph.
-Captured several Unown. (E, G, and D.)
-Bakutaro evolved.

Stuck in Kanto with four badges left to get. :/ I've been using Quilava (Never evolved him) for all of the kanto gyms. Using Lugia and Arceus for when the going gets tough and Quilava faints when we've almost won.
 
Wait, when did we have one of these and why is it not in the HGSS forum?
