Mine is my mewtwo with Calm Mind/Psychic/Recover/Miracle Eye which actually has a 444 or 443 Sp Attack and its Lv100. Glad I saved my master ball for it in Fire Red and trasferred it to my Pearl game.

I have around 35 good Pokemon that are fully EV trained, right-natured, level 100, good IVs, et cetera.

I suppose my Mewtwo would statistically be the strongest.
 
Although it's not my Pokemon technically, I'd have to say my friend's level 100 Meganium in Pokemon Crystal. We traded Pokemon and agreed to train them to level 100, then trade back. Granted, he didn't do his part of the deal, but... xD It was fun, though.

I have a DDing Gyarados (I nicknamed Steve) that has nearly perfect Iv's; 31atk,31speed,31def,28specialdef,29spec atk.31hp. I got him by total luck... I was ready to breed for days to get somewhat decent ivs when I happened to get him on only my 50th or so egg. This hasn't happened since then xD Anyways, he almost always kills at least 2 or 3 pokes before he gets taken out.

#Fire Fox# has great ivs
#Neptune# has EVERY iv over 20. I caught it as a horsea and randomly checked its ivs. Its modest nature and can take out an entire team =)
 
I have a Modest Latios with 31 IVs in every stat except Attack! I just recently acquired him over the GTS. I kinda wish he was Timid, but I can't complain about those IVs. With max EVs and Soul Dew, his Special Attack is a whopping 591!

Most of the Pokemon I breed have 31 IVs in at least two stats (typically Attack or Special Attack and Speed, if they're sweepers). But getting good Pokemon over the GTS is rare.
 
I guess my strongest Pokémon would be my old Mewtwo, from Blue. Can't really remember its moveset, though.
 
My Riolu I guess O^O I cheated to get it early in the game but didn't cheat it's moves or anything, so it's already the strongest pokemon in my party.

It's so damn cute, too >w<
 
My old charizard in blue.
Didn't get to lv 100 , it was around 80 something.but it was still the highest level ive ever had.
 
People tell me it's my Dragonite.
I guess you'll have to see when the IPGL opens here...
 
At the moment, minus my legendaries, probably my tentacruel, its not lv100 yet, but it can take out pokemon 5 levels higher than it is, without much problem and makes light work of pokemon about its or 1-2 levels below it. It was my first real ev trained pokemon.
 
In level sense, I had a level 100 vaporeon back in Crystal I was pretty proud of, but i'd say when my Azumarill reaches level 100 it'll be pretty strong, i checked the ivs and shes my first EV trained pokemon. ^.^
 
mine is lvl 100 Kyogre calm nature. its awsome boltbeam has saved me so many times. moves: thunder, ice beam, surf, calm mind.
My real most powferful is lvl 100 combee with 999 in all stats, i got it off of gts, im pretty sure its hacked

its whatever im currently using....there is no strongest pokemon....

if i had to say something, it would be Heracross though
