I just found this Youtube video by PokeTeckers where he says he is going to talk about Pokemon and give information on them.
The series is called Pokemon Anatomy and he introduces it by reading out what his new web series is going to cover:
"Physiology, Special Abilities, Behavior, Habitat, Diet, Anime Appearances, Pokedex Entires"
Sound familiar?
The entire video is nearly word for word with some intentional rewording from Bulbasaur, Ivysaur and Venusaurs pages.

Here's the video:
Pokemon Anatomy | Bulbasaur, Ivysaur, Venusaur - YouTube

I'm really not sure what to do about this. It's really frustrating but I wasn't sure who to contact about it. So if you know who to let know about this, please do.

Wellll, every info in Bulbapedia is from the games, special abilities, Pokedex entries etc...So, I don't think that's a big problem.

Yeah, sorry, copyright law doesn't work that way. A rewording/explanation/synopsis of something from a video game cannot be copyrighted, especially on a wiki, where the general public is capable of contributing to the article. Also, if this person reworded it themselves, it's fair game, even if Bulbapedia content just so happened to be copyrighted.
