It's called The Legend of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass and it's being developed by EAD.

Hmm... A sequal to Wind Waker using the stylus looks interesting. Planning your boat trip could be a plus as you can concentrate on other things without stopping, though it could also be a hinderance if you notice something interesting in the middle as you can't just go to have a closer look easily.

Sailing will be different. I think it will be less annoying most of the time, but not always.

This game is down for a late 2006 release, so it could be out at around the same time as Twilight Princess.

Finally we get to see the first DS Zelda game. this looks to be an amazing title, and I am liking the role the touch screen will play in puzzle-solving, and combat. Hopefully we will see more at E3.
