So, we got a new router and because it's unsecured right now, I was finally able to get my 3DS to do a system update. I browsed around in the eShop and got Pokedex 3D, but I couldn't find the other title I was looking for: Zelda Four Swords DSi. Nintendo announced this game during an E3, I think last year's, and I've wanted it ever since because I'm a big Four Sword Zelda fan. It was going to be downloadable from the eShop. But I don't see it anywhere. I see some titles that say "not available in the eShop" but I searched for FS DSi and it was nowhere to be found. I even tried using the search bar, but came up with nothing.

Does this mean I'm too late to get it? I wanted it so badly... ;_;

EDIT: I just Googled it and it appears I AM too late for it. It disappeared from the eShop six days ago. This isn't fair! It's not my fault I wasn't able to get the eShop for so long! This is bullshit.

I think it was there until January. I downloaded it myself some months ago, but for some reason the wireless play doesn't work.

It was there until Feb. 20, actually. And that's weird. o_O

Well, with the celebration of the 25 anniversary over, they removed it. Sorry, man.

That doesn't matter. Skyward Sword was celebrating it too. But you don't see them taking it off the shelves. Taking off Four Swords was stupid.

I think that's a bit different considering Skyword Sword is new and also not downloadable.

I don't see how it's different. Both are Zelda games. Both celebrate the series' 25th anniversary. There's no good reason for Nintendo to take Four Swords off of the eShop. Also, if I remember right, Link's Awakening DX was added for the same reason. To celebrate the 25th anniversary. And it's still available.

Still, I think Skyword Sword just happened to be ready at the time of the anniversary, so maybe they just decided to make it celebrate it too. And about Four Swords, they might've took it off because it's not 2011, the year the anniversary was.

Another thing was that it was a free game, which Link's Awakening and Skyward Sword aren't.

Nope. Skyward Sword WAS part of the celebration. The proof is at the beginning of the game where the guy running the loftwing race says that it's the 25th annual race, so it has to be made special. Clear reference to Zelda's 25th anniversary right there. And if that isn't enough, the game comes with the 25th anniversary music CD as well.

And about Four Swords, they might've took it off because it's not 2011, the year the anniversary was.

Wrong again. If this were the case, they would have removed the game on January 1st, not February 20th.
