Zero Escape: 999 Mafia
You awaken on an empty, sinking cruise liner along with twelve other people. Your last memory is that of being incapacitated using an inhalant anesthetic and then being abducted by an unknown person in a gas mask during midnight.
A mysterious man named Zero announces that all thirteen of you are participants in a deadly game to escape this sinking cruise liner. Each of you must enter rooms to discover clues that will help you. If you disobey any rules, the small bomb installed in your stomach will detonate.
Be careful with who you trust. Some people do not care for the survival of everyone...
Welcome to Zero Escape: 999 Mafia, which is a game hosted by me and MoD'ed by @DawningWinds. This game will feature an unconventional mechanic inspired from Zero Escape: 999. Instead of starting out with active or passive roles, players will enter rooms to perform a shared action, experience a passive effect, or acquire an ability. Additionally, this game will feature Outside Communication.
A more detailed explanation on the Room Mechanic is discussed below.
Before signing up, have a read through of the rules of this game. Some rules that differ from the usual ruleset are marked in bold.

In this game, players will not start out with any active or passive roles. Instead, there will be a Room Mechanic, which will allow players to perform a shared action, experience a passive effect, or acquire an ability.
During the day, the available rooms will be announced. Players will privately select a room of their choice. If they fail to choose a room in time, they will not enter any room and cannot perform any abilities, if they have any.
During the night, players will be added to their Room chat. They may only communicate with players in their room.
There are three room types:
1. Voting Room
In this room type, players have a shared action to perform. Each player privately votes on (a) the target (may be any living player) and (b) the performer (may only be players in the room). If a tie occurs, one of the tied players is selected at random. Only the performer of the action is informed of the final target.
2. Risk Room
In this room type, players either receive a beneficial or detrimental effect depending on the number of players in the room.
3. Ability Room
In this room type, players privately select an ability to acquire, that they can use on a future phase. If more than one player chooses a particular ability, one player will be selected at random to receive it. Additionally, some ability rooms have a rule where if there are unclaimed abilities, the Mafia can select one or two of those abilities to obtain during the following day.
In general, players will not be aware of which players entered rooms outside of their own unless they elect to share this information.
The number of rooms available is determined with the formula: (Alive Players/3, rounded up). Once there are 5 players or less, rooms will no longer be available.
