If i send out 2 pokémon with pressure in a double battle, will the opponents pokémon lose 4 PP instead of 2 when they use an attack?

I know this is an old-ish question but it doesn't seem to have ben answered properly.

I've been in double battles where one pokemon had pressure and the other didn't (on both teams). If I attacked the pokemon that had pressure I used 2pp, if I attacked the pokemon that did not have pressure, I only used 1 pp. So that would imply that, unless you are using an attack that hits both your opponents, it would only cost you 2.

Which point of B/W you get the ability to send over one of the shiny beasts and Celebi?

The moment you get to Castelia City, but before you can get Zoroark you must be at least into Raimon (The 4th Gym City, I'm terrible with english names) to get into the forest where you get Zoroark. Zorua can be obtained in Castelia City, though. From somebody.. I can't remember the details properly, though

So, Im playing my black version, and reach the last trainer on route 3. I battle him, first throwing out my blitzle (who is tied for my weakest at 11) for the first opponent, then panpour (also 11) for the next. Thing is, neither of them got exp. and i dont think any of them have for a bit, either. does anyone know whats up with this?
EDIT: I tried with different pokemon with a wild one, and as soon as my enemy faints, im back to the overworld.

EDIT: after some google searching, i figured someone would answer that i am using a rom, I am really playing on a real copy on my DS.

Grasswhistle against Sap Sipper

I didn't see any mention on this on the 'pedia or other sources, so here's a simple question that players who play the game can answer: Does Sap Sipper negate Grasswhistle? (Note: Sap Sipper's Japanese name is Herbivore)

If you answered the question, please send me a VM (visitor message) to inform me.

Thanks for reading.

Quick question:

I never watched the anime, but I'm curious ....
what happens to leg-less water pokemon outside of the water?

For instance, if you're in the middle of a forest and you call on a Seadra, would it just flop ineffectually on the ground? Or would it hover in the air kinda like it was swimming?

I know this is a minute detail but it's been bugging me lately!

Does the chance of a traded Pokemon disobeying increase with it's level?

They just don't call the fishes out unless there is water nearby. Milotic, however, can be on land since it's like a serpent.

Very much so. That's why you need badges to control them.

OK but like, in the games, you can call out Seadra in the middle of a forest ... so what happens then? What about in HG/SS when Seadra is walking along next to me? Is he hovering? Is he hopping on his seahorse tail? =P

I crave understanding!!

Stop thinking so much about it. It's less fun that way. ;)
But who knows? It's just fun in-game things that keep you entertained.

So a level 21 Dewott that was traded wouldn't disobey too much if I had one gym badge?

I don't know if there is a formula for level versus disobedience, but just don't use the Dewott as much and you won't have problems with it. If you get the second badge your Pokemon will obey up to level 30, third badge level 40, and so on.

Thanks for the help! I guess I'll keep traded Pokemon at the limit.

In my experience with prior games (Silver and gen4) it doesn't matter in your Dewott is level 21 or 100, if you have only one badge it will disobey you just as much.

What kind of hacking device would I need to change the nicknames of traded pokes?

In my Black version I tried sending a pokemon to Dream World and it said the site is under matinence. Whens the site going to be fixed?

Do badges really raise your pokemon's stats? Like does the badge that Lt. Surge gives you actually raise your pokemon's speed? Or are they just saying that?

Does not being able to connect to nintendo Wi-Fi Center have anything to do the actual game cartrige it's self?.
