Nonary Game: Ambidex Edition v2 - Endgame - 22/5/2017

But if you locked us into Ally anyway I couldn't have done anything about it, right? I couldn't have Betrayed you this round so why are you not trusting me?
I said that I'd rather pick Betray but then you went and outed that; as things currently are, I'd rather go for Ally instead of getting all of us not trust each other and Betray non-stop until no one can get points.

I don't trust you because of how you Betrayed Rainbow Skittles. Why should I do anything to support your cause when you want to get 9 points fast without a care of figuring the game out as best as possible?

Then you are not doing a good job by betraying first and lying that you would have picked Ally when if you really didn't know that one vote is enough to count and not be changed, you pick Betray instead of giving me a private argument to pick Ally and make an alliance. Picking Betray to get a good start is so it is easier to win next time you pick Betray for another 3 points. Alliances have to start somewhere, yeah... true... but not with you.
I betrayed last round; this doesn't affect you this round. You don't have to decide if you'll ally with me, we co-decide VS Jin. I didn't pick first this time, you did (note to self for the future: snipe your Pairs if you think they won't agree with you). I know that one's vote cannot be changed, what I didn't know is that I can't influence the Pair's decision by voting otherwise.

But why is trusting me an issue, you're not playing this round against me. That's because I thought the point of the game is to win as soon as possible, figuring out the scum is secondary.

Town gets a strong win by working together. 1 Town out of 8 leaving is hardly a win. Maybe not figuring out the scum, but who you'd rather win with you over others.

But if someone is town and risks staying in, some other town or worse the mafia may win before them. Why should one care about a "strong", collective win when they can win alone?

Chill there. Can't you just calm down pairs?

Nonary Game: Ambidex Edition is based on the prisoner's dilemma, and with a cloud of suspicion surrounding us thanks to the Mafia-aligned player, we will be toast if we are not careful. Exposing your choice to your opponent is a pretty bad idea. If you @Zexy and @HumanDawn tell that you are picking Ally but I fell for it and you betrayed instead, I'd cast suspicion on either of you because of lying, and if you really did pick Ally, you might be trusty Towny players.

P. S. Not to mention that @Zexy claimed that he'd rather pick Betray for the sake of escape.

gg scum lol

For the last time (hopefully), I don't trust that fellow townies who'll hit 9 points won't just escape to secure their win. In games like these I don't expect eveyrone to be nice, sorry, and if at least one won't do like that we need to react accordingly.

So "scum motivation" is hard to figure out because everyone has the same wincon anyway.

So you won't ever Ally? Noted.

I didn't say that, of course no one ever Allying can't progress the game. What I said is that I won't be waiting to win alongside people etc. and that I don't expect anybody else to do the same when they can win sooner and more safely.

Keep in mind that scum wouldn't actually mind about the above since their wins ends the game as a solo win anyway.

Yoda and Inspector Gadget can’t believe what they’re seeing, upon looking at the point changes. Before either of them could say anything, the needles in their bracelets injected them with Soporil, an anesthetic. “Why…” both muttered, before they feel asleep from the anesthetic. 9 minutes later, the muscle relaxant tubocurarine was injected, which stopped their respiratory systems, leading to their deaths. Just then, the monitor turns on again.

“I see Yodeler and Gag have bit the dust. Ooh, and it looks like Satan has 9 BP now. Normally, I’d be asking if a person with 9 BP wants to leave or stay, but due to certain circumstances, I won’t do that this time. Last thing to note: Dead players and players who did not make a choice before the deadline will Ally by default, unless they’ve been paired with someone who is alive or able to make a choice before the deadline.”

DARTHWOLF13 HAS LOST THE GAME
RAINBOWSKITTLES HAS LOST THE GAME

The feeling of distrust and dread made June say nothing about the deaths, like she didn't even care for them. But her actions were a facade, and inside she is screaming "Let me outta here!!!". What should be her next move? Her plans for escape aren't because she just wants to, there is a reason to escape. There is someone who is waiting for her to come back.
I have no idea on what should be my next move. Someone just died, and I need to be careful now that there is a 9-point player which might be scum.
