Preview SM082: Dance Dance in Evolution?

It would be hilarious if this episode turned out to be an epic troll of everything SM by having Serena appear and in the episode Braixen evolves into Delphox. Wishful thinking. If this did happen I'd actually watch the SM anime for a change.

I really want to think someone will evolve in this episode, but I do not think it could necessarily be one of Ash or his companion classmates' Pokemon.
 
I mean, I don't necessarily think the picture showing Steenee and Mallow necessarily suggests Steenee is evolving. Honestly, I think it could just as easily be Popplio, given three out of four of Brionne's Pokedex entries mention dancing, and Lana showed interest in performing back in SM40. One would think an episode about dancing would be more centered around Lana rather than Mallow.

With that being said, I'm still a little cynical regarding both girls after that hour long episode back in April and firmly believe the writers aren't that interested in developing either girl, so until proven otherwise, I'm just expecting it to be nothing more than a goofy SOL filler.
 
I feel like skipping this episode is a good idea. I'm very alergic to cringe. Also i'm trying to not weste my time watching fillers. If evolution episode is featuring brain hurting plot that is evolving pokemon i would prefer to see unevolved (like Litten) then also skip. I admit however that SM so far handles sport/competition/filler episodes far better then battle/plot ones. They are just doing what thay are good at, right?

I don't think any evolution for Ash Classmate is going take part to evolve. Except it just a fun filler episode that are just too boring with everyday studying and analysing. Now, they probably need a break. Which is what this episode is. A little contest.

Now, I really the after this episode. Hope, there is a sport filler episode that is going to featuring playing golf with the introduction of the last member of the Elite Four (Kahili). Perhaps, Ash can battle with her and a potentially of his Rowlet evolve or maybe finally the debut of the Team Skull Bosses (Guzma & Plumeria). Because, it ABSOLUTELY make no sense with the Villainous Team appear without their bosses around.

Just my wishful list. Don't take it seriously.

What? Seriously? You seriously expect that an episode which literally has the word "evolution" in the title wouldn't contain an evolution? I'm sorry, but I'm highly disagreeing with you.

I'm sorry if you get offended or anything but this is probably the worst post I've ever read here.

Watching filler or non-filler episodes are equally time wasting and that's the point - entertainment, passing time, enjoying a show and going through its best and worst (not to mention that we only know what the episode centers around and nothing about outcomes). I know there's tons of anti-filler posts, but yours takes the cake!

Let's wait for tomorrow once the preview of this episode is out. We'll see if one of the classmates' Pokemon evolve in here or not, and it could be just a filler episode where nothing special happens.
 
eh, maybe we are reading too much into the word "evolution", could also mean there might be some character development/bonding going on, hence an "evolution"

Thanks, i like cakes. But You are mistaking wasting time and using time. In my opinion watching good episodes that contribute to plot, force thinking or impress you with good animations (and so on) is not wasting time, they can be memorable expirience. There are however episodes created just to fill time, increase numbers while not realy being worth the time. U know, in 20 minutes i could do a lot of things, i dont want to WASTE it watching episode that wasn't even worth it, some of fillers even left me disqusted with their low quality, bad narration and lack of logic. So, after watching countless episodes of Pokemon Anime i can detect those bad ones early. Unlike most other things i seen, i didnt felt like Im loosing something by skipping the worst parts of Pokemon, Dude its >1000 episodes!
And just now, when authors have great material from the games ( Ultra- Space plot, savage, human killing Ultra Beasts, Team Skull, characters going throgh HORROR because of their maniacal mather, countless, unexplained mysteries and many more!) they do episodes about dancing, snowboarding? And they turn evil monsters (UBs) into misunderstood creatures that just wanna do a funny show?

Sorry if that sounded rude or something.
I'm just a bit (okay, a lot!) frustrated about PokeAni right now because after seing so many creative material from the games( Gladion's story, Team Skull etc.) going to waste I hoped Pokeani will at least give something good from itself to balance that. But i should perhaps just chill off....

I kinda doubt, Tsareena probably won't obey Mallow command in some time due to having a new queen attitude according to it profile. Not to even mention, only a powerful Steenee can make it happens.

On the other hand, Mallow's one wasn't a kind that like to battle very much. Despite, the poster of Tsareena appearing. Also occasionally, she MIGHT even go berserk after something have her snap like what Ash's Lycanroc had gone through. Due to the overwhelming power unable to control it.

Totally agreed. It really REALLY frustrated to see a lot of potential for the character coming out except the writer wasn't wanted to do it. Especially, by this time. They should HAD allowing Team Skull boss (Guzma or Plumeria) to make the entrance of the series. But sadly, they just ruined and gone to wasted for nothing.

Wasn't be surprised after this one, it will be another boring filler. If not, I rather hope the last member of the Elite Four debut or better yet, Lillie getting the Z-Ring for the anticipation of her performing Subzero Slammer. But don't get high hope for that. In the end, the result is disappointment.

Well, whatever is going on, it's definitely happening to Steenee. Maybe she learns Stomp and evolves? Or just evolves without that? Would seem like that to me...

Also, Team Rocket setting up a usual "Catch Everybody's Pokémon" plot, apparently disguised as dance teachers or something. Whatever the case, I must say that they look fa-bu-lous...

if yes, @BigDocFan if steenee evolves can you edit on sm082 page like this: "Mallow's Steenee evolves into Tsareena". If no, I don't know what to say in the next 2 weeks
 
If the SM series has taught me anything, it's that having something glow around your body doesn't automatically equate to an evolution. At most it'll learn Teeter Dance (or heck, maybe Swords Dance?) and so forth.

Charjabug is also slowly becoming one of my favorite Pokemon this series.
