Mafia USM Ubers Mafia endgame (Town and Genesect victory)

I was prepared to highlight twenty-some posts from speedchuck featuring idle commentary (general chatter, site meta, etc) and not reads. His ISO isn't as thin as I had anticipated though. There's not a shortage of reads in this post history. There may be a shortage of posts in this post history. I care less about that.

speedchuck haters: please review (link) and tell me what your emerging feelings are.

Let's talk about these reads. You expressed some meta reasons to town read SMS, but also said his response to accusations yesterday was not great. How much weight do you give to that issue, and why does the rest of his behavior override that?

Can you pinpoint this inkling on Nova? Would also be interested in a Caps ISO whenever you can get to it.

It's mostly based on what a lot of other people seem to be reading on. A lot of the suspicion, from what I've seen, seems to be coming more from the other things mentioned rather than strictly the vote. Plus, it's a one thing vs lots of things deal here. I feel there's more pointing towards regular townplay than scumplay, quantity-wise. That said, I do still want him to comment on that post.

As for Nova, it was something that kind of hit me a little while reading up on Calvin. I'm having a hard time putting it into words just yet, hence why he's on the ISO list.

I've progressed here a bit but having to take a hard stance during the exercise I couldn't shake my previous thoughts. His no u isn't helping either. Like every post I read of him I picture a shady dude lol, from his mechanical talk to complaining about the game being bastard and all his suggestions like the Sloonei loophole. Weird stuff.
 
I didn't get to do a trustfall with y'all earlier:

JaggedJimmyJay - Looks the part, doing his thing, seemed to genuinely get under the skin of AussieEevee on Day 1.
Ereshkigal - Tracked me to the correct target when I was silenced and when I appeared to have a passive role.
novaselinenever - Has been fairly active, pushing his own suspicions without much regard for optics. Lead the GTH exercise. His slight tunneling of bulba reminds me of a recent Syndicate game in which he was town (It's Always Sunny, and his treatment of Macdougall)
speedchuck - Doesn't appear to give a hoot about how he looks or what he does.
DekuNut - Relatively new guy here, surrounded by a bunch of other loud new guys, and Deku has kept up and been receptive to the unfamiliar and perhaps destabilizing thread environment/volume.
TheCapsFan - Has looked authentic at times.
bulba account - Has communicated reads very openly. Not afraid to state difficult/against the grain opinions. Reads have developed clearly throughout the game.
Dale - A mafia player might be less apt to forget/abandon a game.
Spiritual Mask Salesman - DekuNut says that a lot of his behavior has been in-line with typical playstyle on their home site.
Calvin ッ- I have a town cop check on him. He's been receptive to new playstyles and hasn't shied away from the noise. Reads look authentic.

Most difficult/reads I least believe in here: Speedchuck, CapsFan, Dale, SMS.

I appreciate DekuNut's input on SMS, but I am reminded too much of the widespread defense of Aussie on Day 1. A number of players expressed the opinion that he was just playing in line with the usual style on bulbagarden and looked like "normal AE". But the players who didn't have that meta read on him were mainly the ones in charge of the bandwagon.

I may have gone too far in my tunnel vision on capsfan. At the moment I really struggle to identify a clear civilian voice in any of his posts.
 
@DekuNut, you've spoken a lot about SMS's behavior and how you recognize some of it within the context of what is typical of your home site. Are these parallels specific to the town faction, or are they simply "familiar"? This is an important distinction. If you've already answered this, please point the way.

He isn't trying to solve the game, and I don't think activity is an excuse 'cause he has been around for a decent amount of time. It's more the content of his posts. He's mostly engaging in friendly talks, giving advice, highjacking mechanical posts to give his 2 cents and fake contribution. Reading his interactions with players you don't know where he's coming from, everything is bland and neutral. He's doing that in order to interact with everyone and be memorable and appear like he's trying in the little time he has. That's the agenda I'm seeing.

He's also too friendly lol
