Blah. The scars on the inside of my cheek got infected again.

Thanks a lot, braces. -_-
Ouch. Sounds unpleasant. Good thing I don't need braces.

Speaking of unpleasant, I'll be having my first deep-cleansing facial treatment in years next Monday. Time to have my face covered in hot rags again...

They forgot to cut one of the wires during an appointment, and it didn’t get noticed until my next appointment, which was six months later.
Yeowch... Sloppy work...
Yikes, that sounds painful, ME. Hope you feel better soon enough.
I also have some marks on my body that, while not painful now, remind me of some painful incidents in my life. As a child, I fell on a bike and scraped my knee, leaving a mark on said knee where my skin was scraped. A few years ago, I accidentally cut off a part of my finger skin with a paper cutter, and since I rejected the idea of stitches at the moment, I now have a mark on that finger to remind me of that incident. And now, as my latest injury, I scraped my other knee just last week, so I may end up having matching knees in the near future.

Stupid premature “post reply” button
Yikes. I have some scars of my own; one on the left of my forehead left by a chunk of asphalt many years ago, one on the base of my thumb left by the edge of a bean can (I posted about that ER trip on the forums once), and a burn scar above my right wrist left by my toaster oven. On average, you could say I have a major scar for every seven years of my life. :v Guess I’ll have two more by age 35

There's only one thing I can think of that left something clearly visible. Back when I was a kid (10-ish?) I fell forward onto a table tennis table. It took out a very small piece of a tooth. The small depression left is still there.

I’ve got several scars on my right arm. The two most notable are from when I broke my arm and
the bone punched through my skin.

The second one is just below my wrist, and it’s from my moped accident, when I collided with a metal barrier going at 30mph. Got a scar on my right leg from that, too.
