Which Pokémon type are you?

- Which type(s) are you?

I'm Poison/Fairy.

- Have you picked up a different type over time?

I don't think so, my personality, according to my point of view, has always been the same. I would have to ask my family and friends to see if they think otherwise.

- Does your typing lead you to identify with a particular Pokémon?

I'm a Galarian Weezing and I'm not complaining. That means I'm very elegant because I have a fancy hat and mustache .

- Do you identify with a particular trainer of a particular type?

Now that I see that according to the descriptions I'm compatible with the Fairy type, I noticed that my personality is very similar to Mina's.

And now what was I saying? oh yes! ... I'm so elegant...

Which type(s) are you?:
Steel/Rock! I think I'm mostly forbearing but am also pretty competitive about a lot of things, for better or for worse. I'm drawn to Electric and Bug as well, but they didn't quite fit me to a tee so they just get an honorable mention.
My friends have told me for ages that I'd be a Psychic type though, and I guess I can see that here too under certain circumstances.

Have you picked up a different type over time?:
I'm sure if you asked me when I was younger I would have said Fairy, Fire or Dragon. Not that those are untrue now, but they're less prominent in my personality I'd think.

Does your typing lead you to identify with a particular Pokémon?:
The first ones I think of are Shieldon and Bastiodon. Technically it's an Ultra Beast but I really love Stakataka too.

Do you identify with a particular trainer of a particular type?:
My favorite Trainers are almost always those with no type specialty at all, actually. I wonder what that says about me...
If I had to pick though, I guess Morty? Mostly because he relies on strategies like confusion in battle much like I do, and he says in Masters that he thinks Gastly are cute... which they are. =P (I asked my friend @Hawthorn for a second opinion, and he said that after Blue I usually remind him of Falkner, so do with that what you will. Kinda weird how none of these correspond to any of the types that I listed lol.)

Grass/fairy! Water and normal also felt pretty close, but I don't think they're the perfect fit!!
My friend even said grass/water or grass/fairy, too !

Have you picked up a different type over time?
I probably would've said Fire when I was a lot younger! Although I'm not sure if it ever fit.... I just liked fire types so much I would've said it..

Does your typing lead you to identify with a particular Pokémon?
Hmm... I've always really liked Whimsicott, actually !! Most grass types in general, though...

Do you identify with a particular trainer of a particular type?
Hmm... Well, I've always thought Gardenia was really cool, but that's more of a "I wanna be friends with you!!" than identifying with her..... So I'd have to say Bugsy! After asking my friend @Orchid (hi !!!!! :bulbaWave:) though, they said Erika for sure and I'm delighted!! (he also told me Bugsy is scary competitive in the anime and I had no idea... )

Going by that I seem to be a combination of Steel and Fire. Fire is super effective against Steel in the games, so... I guess that means I'm contradictory. The last sentence of Electric also describes me perfectly, but I cannot say I do not procrastinate so I didn't pick that one.

Now in the past, I have associated myself with Ice, but that's just because I like the cold and think that ice is pretty. Lol.

I realize nobody cares about my rambling self-reflection, but I might as well do this for fun.

Which type(s) are you?
Psychic/Fairy. I've spent years creating various Fakemon versions of myself and when Fairy-type was revealed, this seemed to be the perfect combination. Even the various traits listed under Fairy-type in this thread suit me, though for Psychic-type, I think I'm more on the emotional side of things rather than the whole analytical supercomputer stereotype. Though I can definitely be aloof.

I feel it suits me because I don't really feel all that invested in physical reality around me. Everything that interests me is in the realm of thoughts and imagination. No matter how much I try, it is difficult to force myself to care about ephemeral real world issues. These two types combined are the ultimate manifestation of just not being all there and unreality spiritual brain space. Hence why I created a Fakemon version of myself themed around dreams, which I feel the Psychic/Fairy-typing fits perfectly.

Have you picked up a different type over time?
As Fairy did not exist in the past, I had Fakemon me as a Fire/Psychic-type to begin with. Partially, it was because that most of my favorite Pokemon were Fire-types, and red is my favorite color, so I thought it would fit better aesthetically to be a Fire-type. As well as the fact that out of the four classical elements, I usually go with Fire to associate myself with. Passion, flaming emotions, and all that were suitable.

Does your typing lead you to identify with a particular Pokémon?
I'm afraid I don't really find any current Psychic/Fairy-types to be fitting of me. You might think Gardevoir, but it's too human-looking for me. I'd prefer being caninelike. That's why I created my own Pokemon to represent myself. Though I definitely do identify with a few Fire-types, like the Vulpix and Fennekin line.

Do you identify with a particular trainer of a particular type?
Definitely Valerie. She's apparently from the Johto region, and my first games were Gold/Silver, which I know like the back of my hand due to so many playthroughs. So I feel I'd come from there were I a trainer in the Pokemon world.

The most important aspect of her though is that she wants to be a Pokemon. And that is also something I've wanted since I was a child. Other people would fantasize about being a trainer, but man, I was there when PMD came out thinking that was the coolest shit. I'd much rather have all the cool powers and beauty of an elegant Pokemon than merely command them.

My favourite types are fairy and insect and your first post described myself kk

I'm Electric, Dragon, Dark, and/or Fighting
Energetic (to get on PMD)
Confident (That I can do well in my rescue work in PMD)
Deceiving (so I can go straight to PMD [I have Rescue Team DX and Super PMD {SPMD is on a cartridge and Idk where the cart went, I was smarter with RTDX and got it digitally)
Brave (no wonder I got Machop as my recommendation for my real run of RTDX)
So I would be Electric-Dark (Morpeko), Electric-Dragon (Dracozolt or Mega Ampharos), Electric-Fighting (None of those yet), Dragon-Dark (The Deino line), Dragon-Fighting (Hakamo-o or Kommo-o), or Dark-Fighting (Pangoro, Single-Stike Urshifu, or the Scraggy line)

Edit: Also could be any Pokemon that are purely typed of the types above like Pichu :D (also forgot a few Pokemon of the type combinations above)

Edit 2: Fairy could work too

Definitely Fairy/Ghost, based on the descriptions OP provided for each of the types, though I also relate to Bug though I think that's mostly on account of the autism, lol. When I was a bit younger I think I would have related more to the descriptions for Fire and Fighting, but I've mellowed out significantly over the years. As to whether I relate to Mimikyu... I sure hope so, they're one of my favourite 'Mons! Am I allowed to use the Disguise ability as a metaphor for autistic masking here, lol?

Fairy – Imaginative and fanciful. At your best, your imagination grants you creative talent or the ability to rise above trivial problems. At your worst, your daydreaming can leave you with a willing obliviousness to real issues.
Ghost – Philosophical and reserved. At your best, you can use your connection to history and/or spiritualism to find and share wisdom. At your worst, you are intimidated by the present and struggle to relate to contemporary problems.
Bug – Curious and quick to learn. At your best, you learn, grow and pick up new skills faster than most. At your worst, you can be obsessive and react poorly to those not as invested in your interests.

Honestly? I can see a bit of myself in most of those Types. But the main ones that stuck out to me on that list were Dark, Normal, Fire, Water, Flying and Fairy.

I ran through a few quizzes to narrow it down from there to Water, Fire and Dark.

So single types... we're talking the likes of the Squirtle Line, Scorbunny Line, Umbreon... okay, could be worse in the case of the former and cool for the latter two, nevermind everything else.

As for the combo types:

Water+Dark - So, Sharpedo, Crawdaunt and Grenninja... not exactly the Mon's I would fancy being to be honest.
Fire + Dark - Oh god, this is even worse. Houndour Line and Inceinroar? So not a very strong mon and a macho wrestler? Yuck, sorry, not happening.
Fire+Water - Volcanion only... okay, mythical steam engine is cool.

So my feelings on those... are fairly mixed?
