Mawile. I didn't see anyone say that one, but it is definitly the creepist pokemon ever! What is that suposed to be?
 
Ditto. That thing could totally suffocate you easily!

Scyther and Scizor. Sharp ass claws gonna CUT YOU.

Sableye in Colo/XD/PBR. That thing wants to kill you.

Ariados used to scare me, but not so much anymore.
 
the regis creep me out a little but not that much. maybe because they don't have eyes.
 
Female Gyarados's give me nightmares,
female Machokes and Machamps creep me out because Nintendo actually chooses to show their BOOBS,
and female Kadabra's and Alakazam's because the have mustaches.
 
Dunsparce and Deoxys are very creepy..

I am scared of Wormadam. It looks like is gonna jump out of that sack of grass and bite the life out of you.

I am also scared of Whismur. Those eyes. OMG. I feel sorry for that Pokemon. But I am also scared of it.

ALL OF THEM WOULD SCARE ME

kinda makes you wonder when that's getting fixed. Though as they are pokemon, I suppose it's not as bad. If only they didn't look human.

Really? I think I would be quite fond of Skitty, Eevee, Vulpix, Tailow or Chatot....

As for Pokémon that creep me out.... Um... Well, I've always been bothered by Nose/Probopass ^^;; When I saw both of them... it was just kind of like, "... what?" to me =\
