Re: Launch Promotions? It isn't an XL, it looks so great though. I hope the Pokémon bundle is an XL, if they do make one. I also hope the Animal Crossing 3DS XL actually comes this way, I love the way it looks. :)

I couldn't agree more with Sableye or Banette! I don't know if I would even bother with a Dunsparce evo though.

I honestly hope that double XP from trade system is tweaked this time around. Perhaps something like, you have to get the poké to a certain level of happiness before an XP boost?

I didn't even think about this initially! I cannot wait to find random people and get mystery gifts maybe?

Wouldn't this sort of turn the old happiness system on it's head? It is a cool idea, but I wouldn't want to have any Pokés on my team that hate me. Even if it did make them stronger or unlock an ability, I'd feel like Team Rocket abusing my pokémon.

I couldn't agree more. I did see a lot of positive things about the trailer, and I liked it a lot myself. I would love to see more for future games.

When stuff like this starts coming up, I am grateful for the past PC's being pre-determined. I just hope it doesn't go over the line. I would want more attention payed to other aspects of the game as well.

I agree that this was a smart move to sell more units. I have seen plenty of people here already saying they will get one before October. I recently had to purchase a 3DS XL, because I got rid of my 3DS for financial reasons. Everyone may have money troubles, but save up a little money each...

I never really got both versions (except I think for Ruby/Sapphire.) This time I plan to get both, and start Y first.

Re: Pokémon X & Y Starter Discussion This sounds like a fun idea, but I know I will be craving news on the game. I don't know if I will be able to ignore the new evolutions before launch.

Re: Gen VI Shiny Starters - Thoughts? A purple Froakie + Evolutions would make me very happy. I probably won't obtain a shiny one anyways, but at least I can look.

Re: Pokémon X & Y Starter Discussion I always have picked the water starter, but for Black 2, I wanted to switch it up and picked Grass. I am still about 90% sure Froakie will be my starter though.
