Re: Shiny Pokemon by RNG Abuse Are you hitting your target time/ delay/ seed? You can call Elm to verify that you hit your seed. If you know you're hitting your target time and delay check the little things, such as making sure you put the right ID/SID, making sure you're on the right day, etc.

It requires that you have a random shiny (not bred or chained) Pokemon, or 3-8 chained shinies (the red Gyrados also works, you catch it finds it's IV's, reset and do the whole process over again). You can then use RNG report to find your SID. You can also do it by hand with the aid of a PID...

I agree with the double battle guide comment. I could help with making this guide, but I'm fairly new to competitive battling (this year was my first VGC). Skarmbliss is all about doubles, but it lacks a lot of info. It is worth checking out though if you really like doubles.
