There's a good chance that the movie won't even be completed in time to premiere in July as originally scheduled, so I dunno why it going to Netflix would be any more likely?
Did you skip Dogasu's post? He already implied that there's little chance of this movie premiering on schedule; the odds are that it will be delayed, it just hasn't been announced yet.
The fact that we had only two CGI movies (one of which isn't even part of the main Pokemon movie franchise that involves Ash) and you claim that all future movies need to be done in CGI as a result is what's trivial. You make it sound like traditional animation is a bad thing.
I just hate it when movie directors/writers try to shove a pretentious lesson down our throats.
On a related note if I were Disney I'd be assembling my team of lawyers right about now.
Omg not this again. :bulbaFacepalm: This isn't going to be a full blown CGI movie no matter how many times...
Eww I can already tell that the director is probably gonna go down the 'humans are bad, nature is good!' route for the plot of this film.
And the fact that there's a freaking Celebi again gives me so much rage. I'm so sick of Celebi (of any color) at this point after all their other...
I don't see what difference it makes? The Mewtwo rehash movie being CGI doesn't really matter since most people don't consider it canon anyway; only the original Mewtwo movie directly tied into the anime imo, whereas the last movie was more like a fan fic-esque rewrite.
I know that Ash has only gotten like 60% of the spotlight in the new series as opposed to 75% like he used to get from OS through SuMo, but y'all are setting yourselves up for disappointment if you really think that Ash will be pushed to side character status in a Pokemon movie. :X3:
Why the Celebi movie out of all the previous installments that could be milked for cash? Was the Celebi movie the most successful Pokemon film or something?
Please no more of that AU crap or another CGI film. I had enough of that in the Gen 7 films and I just want a return to basics. On a side note, I'm eager to see what the obligatory mythical Pokemon will look like this time around.
