What we could have had.....
It was the perfect opportunity for All-Regions to have representation.
But I am not sure if it could have worked, after seeing how awful Pokemon are treated in this series.
The writers are more interested on quantity of featured Pokemon than in quality development...
There shouldn't be any captures in this episode.
Especially, if it is Gou the one who would get something.
That would deviate the focus from Satoshi, who is meant to get development.
Then there will be complains about Gou stealing the spotlight again, and similar.
Moreover if he manages to...
The issue now is that it comes up out of the blue.
There is no proper induction to it, nor foreshadowing.
I have to repeat myself.
Why does Gou need to get that idea?
It'd be a complete waste of a gimmick.
I wonder which one, it could be interesting.
Though, I will do the same and watch another anime on Fridays until it ends.
That may be around 91 episodes, one per week.....
I may end up being away from Anipoke for a long time.
For what?
He never battles, unless coerced into. That makes giving him the gimmick a complete waste, I was joking when I said that the staff could attempt to do it.
Regarding Flygon and Ptera.
Maybe having the former here is a way to assure that Gou won't get Mega Evolution.
Though, some people are mad at him being an idiot and forgetting about the latter.
That is, unless the anime, makes a Gekkouga and creates a Mega for Flygon just to allow Gou get the...
In my case it's less due to shilling and more about Satoshi's receiving such undeserved treatment.
Since that particular Lucario hasn't been developed or done anything to justify getting a Mega or being considered the Ace.
I think that the Ace this series is actually Pikachu, has the Nuke and...
The only one I dislike is Lizardon, but that's more an extension of my distaste for Game Freak's attitude towards it.
I actually loved all the other Aces.
But, despite not caring about Lucario, it doesn't fit the criteria due to its irregular attempt at developing it.
Journeys' Ace seems to be...
I never minded Lucario, as an species, being featured so much until now.
But seeing how it is still the default/to go Mega Evolved Pokemon.
Adding the fact that Satoshi's barely has any personality or development, never did anything to deserve this in the first place.
This move feels very...
I've grown to dislike Lucario, only Satoshi's, because it is getting so much attention despite being bland due to lacking a distinctive personality.
At this point, I'd rather see it being released or sent to the Ranch.
Not helping it is the fact that its species tend to have overexposure.
Same...
I won't say anything about Saito, my hate towards her doesn't allow me to be objective.
Except that I wouldn't mind if the writers drop her.
I'd rather see someone different as Satoshi's rival.
Let's see if Kibana ends up acknowledging him when he returns.
Journeys, where they create hype and...
It makes sense, if you noticed the pattern.
The anime avoids showing big Pokemon regularly because they are harder to draw/animate.
Now we have Daimax/Kyodaimax, which is that up to eleven.
I'd like to see it more often, yes. But I am aware of this issue.
Except the staff that keeps them trapped in Kanto, most of the time anyway.
They are returning to Galar soon and that gimmick is not going to appear.
I also think the reason why Daimax is being so unused is that the animators don't want to deal with it.
Since I stopped caring about Lucario, and now wish that it would have never been caught.
To say that I am uninterested is an understatement.
I was rooting for Gengar getting it, since Mega Lucario has overexposure.
Not Kyodaimax, mostly because I am biased due to liking Onion so much.
