It makes sense, if you noticed the pattern. The anime avoids showing big Pokemon regularly because they are harder to draw/animate. Now we have Daimax/Kyodaimax, which is that up to eleven. I'd like to see it more often, yes. But I am aware of this issue.

Except the staff that keeps them trapped in Kanto, most of the time anyway. They are returning to Galar soon and that gimmick is not going to appear. I also think the reason why Daimax is being so unused is that the animators don't want to deal with it.
