Pasio Special Stadium Vs. Champion Red launches in Pokémon Masters EX, alongside new Lucy's Entangling Venom Ultimate Battle

The latest Pasio Special Stadium event has now launched in Pokémon Masters EX, featuring battles against Champion Red and other trainers weak to the Rock-type. Also debuting today is the game's latest Ultimate Battle challenge, Ultimate Battle: Lucy's Entangling Venom.

Pasio Special Stadium: Vs. Red
In this event, which will run until April 22nd at 10:59pm (PDT), players will challenge a team comprised of Koga, Grimsley, Glacia, and Molayne, lead by Champion Red from the 4 year anniversary celebrations last year. All five of these trainers share the same Fire-type weakness.

The Pasio Special Stadium is a limited-time event in the Champion Stadium runs concurrently with the normal Champion Stadium challenges. During the event, players are challenged to battle against a mix of Elite Four members and a Champion from different regions, with all five battles sharing one featured type weakness. The usual rules apply to the Pasio Special Stadium as to the normal Stadium with regards to restricting sync pairs after they are used to win a battle, special parameters, and the use of Master Mode options, although the Master Mode point rewards differ from in the normal Stadium.

To participate in the Champion Stadium, Trainers must have completed Main Story Chapter 10: A Reason to Battle (Normal) in single-player. To attempt the Pasio Special Stadium, players must also have completed the Champion Stadium Kanto Challenge on Normal difficulty. The Normal difficulty of the Kanto Challenge is always available, regardless of the current regional rotation of the Champion Stadium.

Ultimate Battle: Lucy's Entangling Venom
Ultimate Battle: Lucy's Entangling Venom is the latest piece of content to be added to the Challenge the Strong content area. To access this Ultimate Battle, select the Side Area from the main Explore Menu, and then select Challenge the Strong. Players successfully completing Ultimate Battle: Lucy's Entangling Venom will receive 300 Diamonds as a First-Time Reward.

Challenge the Strong battles follow the standard three-on-three battle format, but have the Ultimate difficulty level, which as the name suggests is a level of difficulty significantly above the difficulty of high level battles to date. These battles will require players to maximize the potential of their Sync Pairs, to have an excellent understanding of how to build their team for the best advantage, and understand the right time to use their moves in the most effective way.

To unlock Challenge the Strong and Ultimate difficulty battles, players must have completed the Champion Stadium Hard Lv. 1 for any region.
