This RM is more like a second BCCT. It's more strict than the others, so it's not as random.

RM's been like this since RM 5 or so. It hardly has anything to do with strictness.

RM's been like this since RM 5 or so. It hardly has anything to do with strictness.

So what was RM5 like?

I'm pretty certain that's when things started to get iffy (for me anyway), eventually leading up to the disaster that was RM 6-7. Randomness was even less existent than it is now. 6-7 featured flame wars and drama. (Kind of like RM9, except more constant. 5 might've had some too, but to be safe with what I remember, I'll go with 6-7.)
In general, that was around the time I started to become less active in the RM threads.
