You should fix the errors I underlined.
Please remove this post. I do not appreciate being told about typos on the thread. Next time, message me. Thank you.

I was informing you of the errors in your OP, that's all. I'm sorry if you thought I was being rude (I wasn't trying to be), but I will not remove my post.

Then I will not be correcting the error at hand or any other errors you mention. You were rude and I will not reward that.

Again, I was just informing you of 3 errors that you made. Believe that I was being rude, if that is what you want to believe. I have no desire to continue to assure you that I wasn't, since you're going to be stubborn.

Please calm down. Simply pointing out errors is not necessarily rude, especially when it's for something official like episode listings or numbers, and the way it was done here was not problematic. There's no need to make a mountain out of a molehill and drive this thread off topic. Sending each other PMs about the issue, instead of making a big deal about here, would have been a better choice. Don't do this again.

With that said, please get back on topic with discussing dub episode titles.

Fine, I'll fix the errors. But for any further errors, I want messages sent to me, not posts.

If people point out errors in a polite way, then there's no problem with making a post about it. Sending messages to you would be fine too, but you don't decide what should or shouldn't be posted. If any future errors are mentioned in this thread in a polite way, then it should be fine to just post it here. If you think that anyone is being rude, then report it instead of driving the thread off topic and moderators will see if any action should be taken.

I was expecting the Mega evolution specials to be held off and used to promote the Diancie movie, ala the Mewtwo prologue airing before XY started, so this is a surprise. Maybe they'll use part 2 to hype the movie, iunno.

According to the CITV schedule, XY023 is called: "Coming Back into the Cold!" (previously: Coming Back for the Gold!)

Also, XY021 to XY023 (most likely 24 as well but it is yet to be confirmed) will premiere in UK before US.

CITV has XY026's title as "A Battle by Any Other Name!"... Its UK airing is scheduled for June 28.
Am I missing something here? The title sounds kind of odd.

Shakespeare - "A rose by any other name would smell as sweet."

At least most of the newest titles include parts from their respective episode's Japanese titles.

Weird how XY034's title "The Bonds of Mega Evolution!", is nearly identical to XY028's title "The Bonds of Evolution". Even weirder if you realize that XY028 also featured Mega Evolution (rather than normal evolution, which its title implied).

The only thing I can guess for that is TPCi being so lazy they can't even make original episode titles. I mean, they could've made some other name for it, but chose to be lazy in order to put episodes out faster. But that's just my opinion, that is also backed up by many of their dubbing decisions. Such as keeping Ash on the title cards only, reusing Pokemon Theme for the new OP by remixing it terribly, reusing "Gotta Catch 'Em All!" for the slogan, etc.

After 17 years, they finally decided to return to their roots and do the most obvious thing about titles, name them as the most important part of the japanese title.

However, I didn't liked "The aura storm" part in the japanese title, and in the dub it's just worst.

Perhaps they forgot that they named an episode similarly earlier while taking a part of the direct translation for XY034. It's kinda ironic how one of the few things the dub tries to keep true to the original ended up looking too "un-original" :p
