You're a builder!

I guess you can, I don't know? Build things?

Oh yeah! Of course, you can build stuff as long as you have the blueprint. How to get blueprints you ask? You can't just get them, they will be randomly given out over the course of the game!

You're sided with the Builder Bobs, and you win when you find and lynch the Bastard Bills!

After building the house, somehow, suddenly, you get flashbacks from the Sicilan Turtle v Shellfish war. You decide to hole up inside your house to stop anything from hurting you as you suffer.

You have changed roles! You're now a Veteran, if anyone visits you at night, you will kill them under fear!

GG scum, and sorry town for playing an incredibly shitty game.

Not that the game itself was terrible, actually the mechanic was really cool and I wanna see how it worked. I just played really badly. Regardless, it was a good game.

Don't knock yourself, Caps. You were one of the few people who actually suspected ME before it was 100% revealed.
To be expected, really, since you've seen my scum meta twice now.

Granted, you and AE really did make things much easier for ME on D3, so yeah...
Sure, but I changed my reads way too many times. I just couldn't tell who to trust.

I feel ashamed for playing such a crap game, which allowed the mafia for such an easy win, maybe I shouldn't play when I'm ill.
Anyways good game mafia, and thank you Kakashi Hatashe for making such a great game.

This game has taught me two things...

1. Never... Never... Never ever trust Maniacal Engineer. Never. Not in a million years. He must be lynched day 1.

and

2. YOu can't scum hunt based on posts alone. Seriously, most... if not all... of the game had thought ME was town... and Slife suspected myself and Caps of being scum. I thought Jack was scum based on his posts. (My reason for suspecting caps was based on role and doesn't count)

Kakashi, this game was interesting, with some very neat mechanics. I would love to hear more about the blue print mechanic. Specifically, were the blueprints for set roles? Could mafia have ended up with the doctor and town ended up with the arsonist? Or did the blueprints have set roles that depended on faction, eg my cop/rolecop theory from before?

I think I screwed up more than once again :( Sorry Town!
AussieEevee really is bad at this...

I'll give a full review later when you post your questions, but I really do hope we see the blueprint mechanic again.

Questions will be later today, I fell asleep after I said I would post last night, and now im going out. Give me an hour or two and I'll explain more :)

Here's an explanation to the blueprints. Which chances are, made Mafia win so easily.
The blueprints were heavily based on an RNG, I had around 9(?) blueprints, that I had given random numbers to from 1-100, for the Arsonists purpose.

Then, every phase I would roll a 4 sided die, (with 4 meaning a 0) to decide how many blueprints would be going out,

Then I would roll the 1-9 Dice to see which roles were given out. I have a sheet for all this I will post before the game was archived.

This will be changed. I want to base it not on RNG, apparently you guys like the blueprint idea, I personally just executed it wrong. And now if you dont mind i'd like you to answer these questions :3

What was a good thing about the game, then what was the worst thing?

If you could change the above bad thing, or on anything in the game, what would it be and what would you change it to?

What role would you like to be implemented or made up into my next blueprint game if any?

What was your personal highlight of the game, if any.

Should I implement blueprints into my next game in the list, or just make a Build-It 2.0?

Lastly, I have many ideas for games in the future, what would you like to see?

Last three questions are optional but i'd love for the questions before that to be answered :)

Thanks a bunch for letting me host a great game with meh great players!

The best thing? The uncertainty of which role you were going to get.

Not sure.

Flying pumpkin that shoots laser beams out of its ass.

What was your personal highlight of the game, if any.

For me, personally? I played horribly. I'm not even sure why I keep playing! I didn't really have a personal high light. :(

Should I implement blueprints into my next game in the list, or just make a Build-It 2.0?
I'd like to see a Build-it 2. Take what was great in this game and make it even better.

Congratulations, mafia! It was ME and... ?

After I died I suspected Aussie/EO and thought at least one was mafia. However I am afraid the massclaiming didn't go very well which let ME get away with a pretty nice claim. Well played, now we should never let you live past n1 ever again :)

I won't talk about balance in this one, it was all RNG so no point. Thanks for hosting, Kakashi, I died too early to enjoy this but you did a good job.

Time to play Chess :D

ME, Me and Piko.

wp to all of you. ME was active ("power wolfing") while you 2 were skaters, both are required for a good mafia team :D

The one mistake I made this game, which never actually backfired, is that I should have claimed to have had the blueprint, and still claimed commuter, but I should have let one of the other mafiosos actually take an use the blueprint.

One thing not mentioned in Kakashi's explanation is that, for mafia, we're just told that we found a blueprint. Any of us could have taken and used it instantly.
If I had died, which was entirely possible given the fact that I was certainly the most "public" of the mafiosos and therefore, theoretically, the most likely to slip up, we would have also lost our power role, which was our game clincher this last phase.

In any case, my main strategy this game was twofold.
1) Keep the Town confused and off balance using misdirection and subtle suggestions.
Examples: the N2 kill on EIEIO to throw suspicion on Caps and/or AE, and mentioning FBM and the overall lack of Townie activity in that game to draw attention away from dylan.

2) Eliminate anyone who could possibly stop ME as quickly as possible, namely players that might catch on to what I was up to. I don't bother trying to "scumpaint" dangerous players, I get rid of them as fast as possible.
Example: the N1 kill on Zexy and the D1 lynch on Sword Master.

I also try to lie as little as possible while being scum. I am surprised nobody really questioned my Asylum, though. It's like there's a big building with padded cells that just popped up, could that possibly be scummy? Overall, my scum meta is externally exactly the same as my Town meta, there is no "tell." The major difference is internal, and that is that, instead of trying to solve the puzzle, I'm deliberately trying to get the wrong answers.

Also, AE, I don't know if Town could get Scum roles, but I do know, based on my role PM, that Scum could get Town roles. I'll post my role PM at some point, mostly because I am amused by it. So much so, that I even wrote a song that would have served as my death post, but I never died, so you lot won't get to see it unless Kakashi posts it here or in the Quote Book.

Kakashi, I'll answer your questions at some point, but overall I really did enjoy this game. I had been ready to retire from playing mafia games, but your blueprint mechanic seemed interesting. I'd definitely be interested in seeing it in future games.
