While the main series keeps going, they could make a few spin-off series maybe with misty or brock. Or someone else.

Anyway, what are ya'lls thoughts? Or do ya'll think it'll be too expensive

This little part of me wants a full fledged PMD spinoff series instead of just a small amount of specials. I do like that side game series very much.

One that focuses on the journey of another person. That way, people who are loyal to Ash can watch the main series and people who want to watch someone else instead can have the spin-off to watch. A win-win.

The only spinoff that needs to exist is the one that has better plot so older audiences can enjoy it.

A part of me is still kind of surprised that we don't have a mini Pokemon Mystery Dungeon series instead of just shorts or one episode specials. It's a spin-off series where you play as a Pokemon and all of the Pokemon can talk like people. That seems perfect as a spin-off series since people could see Pokemon in a different way than normal. Plus, it would be cute and they could adapt the heartbreaking conclusions to make the audience cry some more. Seriously, I've cried playing through the end of every Pokemon Mystery Dungeon game.

As cool as the idea of Pokemon Adventures series sounds, I think it's way too late for that to be a possibility now. You'd have to start with the first arc instead of going with the more recent arc due to how older characters do tend to pop up from time to time. I don't think that they'd be willing to go the distance with adapting all of the Pokemon Adventures series at this point. I wouldn't say no because the series is good, although I do think fans tend to overhype it with claiming how dark and violent it is, but I don't think it would be too plausible at this point.

I wouldn't mind having an Adventures-like series. I know it's too late to realistically have Adventures adapted to an animé but one could still make an Adventures-like series where the bad guys are more serious, as are the heroes and we see the characters actually progress and future arcs can bring back heroes from previous arcs with information on what they've been doing since we last saw them.

I also want a mini-series of other characters like Chronicles. Personally, I don't mind seeing some episodes about Manon and Bonnie after XY&Z ends. It could be about them together, or separately. I don't mind.

I'd honestly love more Pokemon Mystery Dungeon series. I would have loved to see them adapt PSMD and really give the partner a chance to shine, animated. I would have made the hero a Pikachu and the partner a Chespin, cause I think the partner being a Chespin really helps add to how adorable their personality is.

Animated Rocket Radio Show (may or may not defeat the purpose but would have at least my viewership...)

Looking back each of replaced companions has poitential for viable mini series based around them.

With Brock we could see his path on graduating to become doctor dealing with all kind of fears, anxiety in having to pass exams and be supervised by other doctors as part of his apprenticeship program. Have him go on trips to meet and consult with other specialists in healing and taking care of pokemon. Battling as part of test to determine how well he takes care of pokemon with activities like battling revealing condition of their shape, fur, agility etc. Have Brock become traveling doctor offering his services in treating wounds in wild with herbals and provisionary tools due to absence of pokemon centers testing his resourcefulness and knowledge. Etc.

Regarding Iris for example we could see her trying to become champion going in line with her game counterpart. Catch new dragon pokemon and consult with other dragon experts of how to bring their true sttrength on surface canalizing collected knowledge by evolving Axew. Research about new fairy type and how to overcome its neutrality vs dragon pokemon making them obsolete(pretty challenging task for any dragon trainer)etc.

Or Misty who we could see traveling at times entering tournaments like Whirl Cup, training on Seafom or similar islands with idol E4 Lorelei teaching her secrets of how to become true water expert, water master. Expand on past like missing parents, learn to overcome prejudices over pokemon and fears judging them by looks such as Surskit or newly revealed one from Alola Wimipod which as half bug could likely cause breakdown, inner struggle within character fighting with despise for bug pokemon and love for water not being sure what to.

Same applies to May/Dawn with their contest arcs covering adventures in Johto, focus on rivals and future ambitions.

And so on.

Possibilities are endless with many of them having juice and plots on which writers could expand and flesh out character more if wanted.

So I think pokemon chronicles type 2.0 would be very, very welcomed addition.

I'd like a spin-off with the original Mewtwo and the one from the Genesect movie fighting crime together. Rocket Mewtwo would Mega Evolve into Mega Mewtwo X, and the Unova Mewtwo would keep Mega Mewtwo Y. Occasionally, Rocket Mewtwo's clones, the Genesect Army Unova Mewtwo put in line, the Swords of Justice, and other Pokémon from the movies would join them in cameos.

The name of the series would be called "Pokémon: Legendary Squad." Yes, my idea for a spin-off is basically a Legendary Pokémon version of Justice League.

Speaking of Mirrors, what about a Mirror World spinoff!
