Ash's Pokemon Captures Speculation

Ash could get a ghost, psyhic or fairy type pokemon this generation? or not?

Lucanroc night would be interesting for his team.

Rowlet more probable for Ash , hope that it will be and not for Mallow becuse the water trial catain already holds Poplio to much in the trailer.

Jangmo-o if it evolves into a dragon/steel type.
 
I rather see Ash with either a Ghost, Psychic or Steel type. Not Fairy. Too recent and not enough decent pokemon of that type.

I'd have to agree with you for the most part. While I wouldn't mind Ash with a Fairy Mon, most of them are rather "cute" (with some loose exceptions), which doesn't quite fit Ash in my opinion. He is more rough-and-tumble. Not saying Fairy Pokemon can't be that, it's just most don't quite give off that vibe at first glance. After all, it took until DP for Ash to get a Dragon-type, and BW to get a Dark-type (two, for that matter), so I'd say he's due for at least one type he hasn't raised yet. Would be a nice change of pace either way.
 
I like the idea of Ash getting a Fairy type and I don't think that being introduced fairly recent really matters. After all, Serena got a Sylveon, so if she can get a Fairy type the generation it was introduced, I don't see how Ash getting one during SM would be such a stretch. They have taken awhile for Ash to get other types of Pokemon and there aren't too many Fairy types that I could see working with Ash at the moment, but I'd be open to Ash getting one. It could be interesting to see a Fairy type more active in battle and how he'd use it during battles as well.
 
The new anime pictures indicate more interaction with the specific Litten, namely burning Ash's face, and making him fall down.
So, I guess Litten looks pretty confirmed at this point.

Not necessarily. It looked like the same scene where Ash stepped on its tail, so it could have attacked Ash as a result of that. I wouldn't act like a capture is confirmed based on stretches like that.

Also making serena's capture of eevee the first time ash's travelling companions had one or an eeveelution in the franchise.
 
On Pikipek in the Ash's team I'm sure, As well as Pikipek will evolve into its finaly forme, but For the other Pokémon in Ash's team I can't decide :/
 
Pikipek is a must, but the others we can only gues.

I do see Litten being one, and I think he might catch a Wimpod too. Think about it, Wimpod always runs away from battle, and with Ash's passion for battle, he can show Wimpod how to be strong. And if Wimpod involves into some champ of a Pokemon, it would be really cool to see Ash's Wimpod grow out of his cowardice and become a chance. Rockruff could be a really cool choice for him too. I can see his Litten and Rockruff getting into many heated skirmishes XD. Maybe Crawlabrawler
 
With the middle starter evolutions revealed, I'm still hoping for Ash to get a Litten. I'd be fine with it evolving into Torracat or remaining uneveolved. Both are great looking Pokemon.

If he gets Popplio, I hope it remains un-evolved. I vastly prefer the base form to the middle form.

Rowlet already seems likely, and I can see it evolving into Dratrix.

I think Lana already has a popplio. And she is a girl, and brionne is a very feminine pokemon, it even has girly eyelashes. I think that's the one who will get a brionne if popplio does evolve that is
 
We also know Popplio will likely go to Lana since one of the pictures we got for this anime show Lana holding it.

Well it's still not 100% confirmed that the Popplio is Lana's. Yeah, she was holding one, but I don't think that necessarily means she owns it. And even if it is hers, they could still give Ash another one anyway. I just hope if he does get one that it doesn't evolve.
 
Brionne is a major improvement over Popplio in my eyes and I wouldn't mind Ash getting it, girly or not.

So... she just picked up a random popplio and held it? And it didn't attack her? Highly doubt that. They showed that clip for a reason. It was to show you the trial captains pokemon. Mallow has a bounsweet, Lana has a popplio, sopochles has a togedamaru, and kiawe has a charizard, a turtonator, and an alolan marowak.

Snivy was an obvious female. He also had Chikorita.

And Leavanny isn't exactly the most masculine of Pokemon either.
