I am not referring to Plus/ Minus are real, but I am saying we will getting angels that will play out similar to Digimon season 1 with "the savior thing" that similar to the chosen in Plus/Minus rumors, because we already have Ultra Beasts and I think it does make "holy" sense with the Book of Revelation with the angels and demons.
Eduardo has all these details about what he thinks Gen 8 will be like, going on and on about how the main legendaries could be tied in with electromagnets and the games could introduce a group of seven based on the rainbow... but his only basis in canon is the fact that a journal referenced starmaps? Sure, they could be interesting concepts, but "they referenced stars" is hardly a canon basis. By the same logic, I could say that the next legendaries are going to have themes of group effort vs individuality, with the cover legendaries representing this concept, and will introduce a group of Pokemon based on different nations and their national animals-because the player character moved from another region, so they referenced national identity.

And he's basing too much on Christian theology. He ties in Arceus when Arceus was never based on the Christian God to begin with and talks about seven being a holy number despite all the missed opportunities in Gen 7 to play off that. (Dex number 777, seventh generation, Necrozma and its rainbow light, etc)
,but I think gen 8 is set in the U.S. because the pattern thing. Because gen 5 set in the New York in U.S. and we went back to U.S because of Hawaii.
We had four games in Japan, one in the US, one in France, and another in the US. There's no pattern here, unless you want to say that they'd repeat in a cycle of seven-in which case our next game would be Japan.
I believe we are going to go back to U.K. again in gen 8,because we always went to U.K. with Paris.
The UK isn't Paris. France is entirely separate from the UK.

>GameFreak plans to completely overhaul the basic systems of battle, simplifying the process. GF did this with LGPE.
They didn't "completely overhaul" it-they removed abilities and held items. It's simplifying, sure, but what about IV/EVs and stats? Those are more of a basic system that didn't get overhauled.
Pokemon 2019 starters.
Pokemon 2019 legendaries
They have the Pokemon designed and just sat on them while they worked on Gen 7?

And look at the design of the starters-two are described as elemental humanoids while Fire is still a quadruped animal. If they were going to be so different in the starters' design, why did they only do that with two out of three?
It seems a complex plot for an high budget game.
So as long as a leak puts in enough detail, it seems real? What about Piuk's leaks? Or Pokemon Marble?
The Mewtwo in the 2019 movie might have this new type
Maybe it was a scrapped mechanic for LGPE's co-op.
"Maybe this concept from four years ago will return"
LGPE has CO-OP play.
Even if we want to say that two players is enough to be called a massively multiplayer game (it's not), Geno specifically said this could only be found in the Terminal-Co-Op is all over the region.
>Pokemon Bank are actual locations on the Mainland and Handheld areas where people can import past Pokemon, mainly from Pokemon X and Pokemon Y into the new game.” Both LGPE and Pokemon 2019 will probably have bank support. (IIRC GameFreak said Pokemon from LGPE can be transferred into Pokemon 2019.
Of course they'll have Bank support-that's the point of Bank. Guessing that is as impressive as guessing that online features will return.

What is it about +- that makes it stay around for so long? We could stretch any other leak to try to seem true just as well. (Maybe Meltan looks like a pink whale if it transforms in the right lighting?) Is it the fact that it was put on a news blog? Take a look at the articles written by the author who shared Geno's words. He's terrible at recognizing fakes-just look at what he thought the Switch would look like:

I heard a rumor that Pokemon Diamond and Pearl remakes will come out for the Nindendo's DX and Gen 8 will be only for the Switch.

Zygarde (https://cdn.bulbagarden.net/upload/9/91/718Zygarde-Complete.png) could possible be Ultrabeast, because it has a striking resemble to the Great One Cthulhu(https://cdn.bulbagarden.net/upload/9/91/718Zygarde-Complete.png). This could tie in with Sun/Moon and US/UM,because the Ultra Beasts reminds me of the Old Great Ones from Cthulhu Mythos (List of Great Old Ones - Wikipedia) and possible they were based on Old Great Ones. Possible this means we will might get Cosmos Gods (https://lovecraft.wikia.com/wiki/Outer_God) in gen 8.

I have a funny feeling that the 8th gen's region still is going to take place in U.K. or Abab, because That's where Cthulhu Mythos was both originated and mostly originated from Lovecraft's imaginations because he was originally from U.K.

Nintendo's what now?
and Gen 8 will be only for the Switch.
That's pretty obvious.

I really don't see how the ubs are similar to Cthullu myths. Like, Celesteela is based on a princess from a ghibli movie and Pheromosa is a cockroach.
So Zygarde is an Ultra Beast despite featuring in two games with them, and in neither game GF gave the slightest hint at it being an Ultra Beast, not even having Beast Boost or being found in ultra space? Okay

The only similarities are that they're both green and bipedal-and the same could be said about Luigi.
Geez, you guys haven't read H.P. Lovecraft books like "The Call of Cthulhu" and The Whisper in the Darkness"? He invented Cosmic horror and most of his books are really dark.

Is his description of Cthulu any different from the picture I posted? Because as Icy Wind said, my point was to compare the two, because you said Zygarde has a "striking resemblance" to Cthulu despite having no shared traits beyond color and shape.

Let's change the subject.

Let's talk about Monpoke'

I has heard it has come up on Twitter.

Here's what Bulbapedia has to say about Zygarde's origins:

Zygarde's 10%, 50%, and Complete Formes may be inspired in part by the three children of Loki and Angrboða: Fenrir, Jörmungandr, and Hel.

Zygarde 10% Forme may be based on Fenrir. The green leash-like object around its neck could be based on Gleipnir, the rope that binds Fenrir. This Forme could also draw inspiration from Garmr, the watchdog that guards Helheim's gate. In appearance, Zygarde 10% Forme resembles a Doberman Pinscher.

Zygarde 50% Forme's appearance is based on a serpent in the shape of the letter Z. It may also draw inspiration from Jörmungandr, a sea serpent that encircles the earth, and Níðhöggr, a dragon that gnaws at the roots of Yggdrasill, the world tree. Its flat shape and wriggling movement may be inspired by the tsuchinoko, a Japanese cryptid, and its snakelike appearance may be inspired by nāga, a class of snake entities in South and Southeast Asian cultures.

Zygarde Complete Forme may be based on Hel, the ruler of Helheim, the realm of the dead in Nordic myth. The colors on Complete Forme's chest match the colors of the real-world flag of France, the country which inspired the region of Kalos. These colors also match the colors Xerneas and Yveltal. Design-wise, Zygarde Complete Forme resembles a humanoid giant mecha despite its organic basis; its light-up technological appearance, "transforming"/"combining" gimmick and the face-like pattern on its chest are all tropes commonly used for fictional mecha.

Zygarde Cell and Zygarde Core may be based on cells as well as single-celled organisms such as flatworms (specifically planaria), slime molds and members of Euglena. Some planarians' ocelli also resemble eyes, which may have inspired the designs for the Cell and Core Zygarde. The hexagons within them may represent a cell nucleus.

How interesting. Thank you for the info. :)

It's Pokemon spelled backwards. Do you know where you can find backwards things? Twisted dimensions.

That's not possible! Pokemon spelled backwards is nomekoP! Monpoke is merely a reverse of the two words that Pokemon is a portmanteau of "Pocket Monsters!" Thus this would make the reverse "Monster Pockets!" There is nothing strange or reverse about that statement other than it's focus on pockets that are also monsters! As such...
