I feel like Wooloo and Gossifluer are going to be in early routes based on the clips they showed us, but Drednaw and Corviknight seem like you would find them slightly further into the game. Mudsdale was revealed before Mudbray so potential pre-evolutions for Drednaw and Corviknight could be revealed later down the line. In the case of Corviknight, I think it was most likely revealed this early due to its significance as a flying taxi in Galar. Regardless, I definitely do think that the pokemon lineup they showed was a little different from the traditional regional bird, rodent, bug reveals.

they are hiding always the best. Have weird vibes underway. We got normal, water, rock, steel, flying , grass thats really weird and no evolutions.

What if Corviknight is only a second stage of a 3evolution line? would make sense, it not feels finished design wise.
Wishfull thinking it has 2.2meters and is one meter bigger then Staraptor? what stats will this beast have?

Word choice means everything when it comes to rumors and leaks. He outright referred to "gang" (which is what the Japanese version calls evil teams, with the exception of the Aether Foundation for obvious reasons) in the singular, implying that if this leak is real Team Yell is the only villainous group in the game.

Actually no, it doesn’t mean that.
Leakers are not omnipresent. Most of them don’t know about the whole game. It’s entirely possible that the person is unaware of further teams and info.
We didn’t dismiss the Chinese leak because it didn’t tell us what Pikipek evolved into.
And what’s to say that the Aether situation will not be repeated again?

Game Freak Defense Squad strikes again!

You guys need to understand that "out of ideas" is an opinion just as valid as "full of ideas". Yes, ideas and creativity are not finite. That's correct. But you can still "run out of good ideas" temporarily. And it's fair game to think that's the case with Game Freak currently.

I don't know why it triggers you guys so much. There is a serious thought-police going on in here that needs to stop.

And for the record, I disagree that GF are running out of good ideas: great new Pokémon like Wooloo prove that. And the Wild Area is a great new idea as well.

But please, stop telling people what to say or think. It's ok to have different opinions.

interesting if they will show how animation changes when a move misses/is avoided and if the pokemon moves on the side to avoid the hit?
also interesting if the starters basic abilities will be visible during activation?
Hope that moves like vine whip and other get better animations.

Till now I like the animation style.

Last gen we got ground , bug, electric, water, steel, fairy,dragon, flying, ghost as types and more pokemon or do I not remember right?

That doesn’t really add much since in the conversation you're replying to, in addition to GameFreak is running out of ideas, Champion Cynthia has also been saying that the franchise is getting stale, and it should have ended after Generation 2 or 4 all because of an evil team that isbt even confirmed.

Anyone saying that an hypothetical evil team should not mean death to Pokémon isn’t really a part of GameFreak defence squad, rather a rational person.

That's because we finally see a game that Game Freak does so much of it right, it just makes you sound like spoiled and ungrateful when they worked their butts off in trying to make it a good first traditional game on the Switch, which they did a really great job with it.

I really don't agree with Champion Cynthia, I am just tired of tought-police fans telling other people what to say and think.
 
I really hope the player names aren't "Sword" and "Shield", it would be really lame to name them after objects.

Ehh... to be fair, I couldn't have told you that. I've never seen enough chipmunks to notice.

And it feels like missing the forest for the trees. This dude used the word Dynamaxing in May, and described exactly what it is. They knew about Hop, Sonia, and Leon, and their basic character profiles. They knew you could shake trees. They knew Milo was a Grass-type Gym Leader. They knew about the Wild Area, and about camping. The probability of them getting all that by guessing are... we're talking like, I'll probably manage to walk through a brick wall via macroscopic quantum tunneling in the next few days. No, I don't think there's any disproving this leak, only verifying which of the remaining details are accurate. Obviously they seem to have forgotten that Kalos had a Fairy-type Gym (they might not have played or worked on XY), and mistook the Legendaries as forms of the same Pokémon, but I think those are fair. I, too, thought the mascots were the same until Masuda and Ohmori clarified it.

In that instance though, it feels a bit justified since the opposite end of negativity also gets annoying quickly.

People saying that the franchise should’ve died after Generation 2, Pokemon should be taken away from GameFreak (who created the freaking franchise) and handed to some other ''''AAA'''' studio, how Pokemon doesn’t deserve to be sold as a console experience because a highly specific feature is missing, how a few shadows missing means that this game is the worst one in the franchise in spite of all info being a reveal trailer.

This is the stuff that was a topic of discussion was so long, that it genuinely became annoying for me to see these forums with the gloom-and-doom mood.

And now we’ve got a bunch of news which is quite positive, and even made those people wishing open world and similar features happy, so I'd rather not see the 'franchise should die' thing again.

This post was not specifically directed at you, just a rant. And really, there hasn’t been much 'thought policing' here, apart from one or two posts (even those are subjective opinion regarding policing).
