I should be fine. I didn’t get a lot of sleep last night because of a bad case of heartburn that, of course, started around 11:00pm, right when I was about to try heading to sleep.

My schedule today is pretty open. Tomorrow morning is going to be busy, since I have a virtual seminar that I’ll be giving, but then I’m off in the afternoon.
I'm sorry to hear that. Hopefully it's gone now.

That's good. Getting time to relax is often scarce. Work just sometimes piles up.

It’s gone for now. I’ve had it just about every night this week. It’s sort of concerning...

Oh, believe me, I will suffer for daring to take half a day off on Friday when I return to the office on Monday.

Oh well. Such is life.

You might just want to have a checkup at the doctor. Just to be safe.

Life is unpredictable and throws curveballs like a pro league pitcher.

It might be that I’ve just eaten too much acidic food lately, combined with stress.
I’ve got an upcoming physical in less than two weeks. If the heartburn hasn’t stopped, I’ll mention it.

I'm glad. What do you usually do to relax?
Lego.

Woah! That's magnificent! Which are some of your favorite sets to build?
Everything in the below picture, the Lego Star Wars UCS sets. The Creator Expert modular building series. I love the big and complex sets.

Wow! I'm impressed that you find the time to build these beautiful structures while juggling work and stress.

I keep thinking that that castle is Hogwarts.

Which set are you the most proud of?

I love LEGO :bulbaLove: Unfortunately, most of my collection is in storage right now while my family is in transition between homes.:confused_emoji: I had recently got some pretty neat ones for my birthday in February, too, like a bunch of classic minifigures that were featured in the Lego Racers video game. The only ones I have with me now are Johnny Thunder and Basil the Batlord, who arrived late and are thus currently living inside of my backpack.

Sad to hear about the Lego waiting to be played with again. That's cool! Which ones are your favorite?

At least you have some Lego to play with.

Well, a few of my favorite standalone figures that I got are Commander Cold from the Ice Planet theme, Gypsy Moth from Insectoids, the fantastically evil Baron von Barron from Adventurers, and Rodney Rathbone from a relatively much newer theme, Monster Fighters. The first three were all featured as racers in Lego Racers (Cold as a minor racer, Gypsy Moth and Barron as circuit bosses), which is how I knew about them ever since I was a child but didn’t own a figure of them until recently. Rodney I wanted to get just because I thought he was cool, lol. I used to have one actual Monster Fighters set, the Ghost Train, which I do miss because that actually got taken down and mixed up in my brothers’ huge Lego collection, along with some other cool sets I used to have. But I do still have some (relatively) intact sets in storage that I really like, too! I have Harley Quinn’s Cannonball Attack (which I partially wanted for the Gentleman Ghost figure, lol) and the Molten Man Battle, which has a cool take on the “Fire Elemental” from Spider-Man: Far From Home, as well as nice Mysterio and “Night Monkey” figures. :p Oh yeah, and I have a Clock King minifig from the Lego Batman Movie line of collectible figures, so that’s nice too.

Wow! Quite a collection! You do seem to like the snappy dressers and the creepy and evil characters and sets. I love the diversity in figures and sets. To be honest, I had to Google most of these. But they're all so cool and looks fun to play with!

I don't have any Lego sets.

It is Hogwarts. Don’t let the Dalek in the courtyard fool you. It’s the micro scale Hogwarts released late 2018.
There are 6 sets in that picture.
Ghostbusters Firehouse HQ
Ideas Ghostbusters Ecto I
Jurassic Park T-Rex Rampage
Ideas TARDIS
Star Wars Republic Fighter Tank
and Hogwarts Castle
Which set are you the most proud of?
The big one:

Oh, so thats where the Engineer part is from :D
Yep. Always knew I wanted to be an engineer.

The big one:
I actually didn't notice the Dalek. It was the size that threw me off. I saw the Four Founders and was like that that's Hogwarts! But it looked too small.

An excellent variety. It reminds me of the Lego Movie. Just imagine all of them interacting with each other.

Woah! The Millennium Falcon! Impressive!
