This year's E3 will be very exciting ;)
Stay tuned
I genuinely bursted out laughing so hard. Either a troll or not even trying to sound like a legit leak.

June 12th.

- Barry is more important in the story: more than just a rival.

Why, yes, he has always been such for he is the son of a frontier brain.

- Mega evolutions are back, all the old megas return and 15 new megas.
- All Pokemon are in the game
- New "shining" and "brilliant" forms for various Pokemon

Yeah, no. I mean why would they put all pokemon back in to a remake? If they're going to do that, then why not just wait for Gen 9 or something?

Also I doubt they'll make more forms for, what is for all intents and purposes, a dead mechanic.

- New "shining" and "brilliant" forms for various Pokemon

If that is a thing, I see that only happening to Dialga and Palkia. Gaining other, mainline, forms to catch up to Giratina.

Also Shiny pokemon already exist. Shining and Brilliant forms would be redundant.

- Art style was redone in response to the survey from a few months ago
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA, no. Does this person not know how making a game works? Nobody is going to scrap a game that's probably been in production for literal years at this point just because nobody understands what they were going for with the stylistic choices.

- Has all features from platinum, including the battle frontier, which has been rebranded to "battle frontier ultimate," with 5 new facilities: the battle maison, battle tree, battle ship, battle stadium (with dynamax), and battle railway
I'm pretty sure that's a given, since like, it's been a while since ORAS so they know leaving out some of the third version upgrades angered a lot of people. But I highly doubt they'll bring back all of the extra battle areas from the last 3 gens.

- Giratina is the main story legendary, you get the box legends postgame (like SWSH)

It's supposed to be a faithful remake in terms of story. I highly doubt you'll get the box legendaries post game. I do however see getting Giratina in the post game as a distortion world episode.

- Overworld encounters are back, they just weren't shown in the trailer (like the first SWSH trailer)

Again, faithful adaptation. It just seems like they brought back random encounters since even in the SWSH trailers you could see pokemon in the background.

- Mt. Coronet and the Great Marsh are wild areas
Not in this game they ain't. Especially given the art style.

- Darkrai episode postgame (sets up Legends: Arceus)

Yeah...at this point it's wishful thinking. If Darkrai is included it won't be set up for Legends, it's just going to be they've decided to let everyone have Darkrai without the inn key since that was a lot of peoples' favorite event.

- Colress is helping Team Galactic with their plans, sets up Unova remakes coming in 2028
- Johto postgame, sets up Let's Go Johto coming in 2023

Considering the rate of the remakes. The Unova remakes will probably be out during Gen 10, so that's in the right time frame. But at the same time there isn't going to be any set up this early.

Oh boy! Another [INSERT REGION HERE] post game! Let's see how many times that has happened! Seriously though. Let's Go Johto isn't happening. Let's Go came out during the height of Go's popularity. Go's not as popular as it once was, so there really isn't a need to bring in that fanbase anymore. Will there be another Johto game? Yes. But it will probably be a Legend's title.

And now, for Legends Arceus news
- Development is going very smoothly, the game is almost done
- Because of criticisms on frame rate, gamefreak is making it the first 200 fps pokemon game
- Delayed until 2024

The game is almost done, everything is going smoothly...but you know it's also delayed because I don't like the bad capture of a late beta version of the game!!! So I think the unpossible will happen and it will have more frames than most movies!

- All pokemon return, with new sinnohnian forms for nearly 80 pokemon
- "Extinct" pokemon are new, with almost 150 original extinct pokemon
- Takes place in the feudal meiji period
- Shining and Brilliant pokemon return, as a nod to Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl
- The rotom bamboo poketch is a new feature, where you can use the calculator to catch the pokeball pokemon with the rotom calculator and the bamboo feature is poketch but cool and it's a
- They hired insaneintherain to do the music
- Don't think it's going to be that many Shinoh forms or extinct pokemon.
- Meji wasn't feudal.
- Stop trying to make Shining and Brilliant pokemon happen, shiny pokemon exist.
- Oh dear, it appears I've gone cross-eyed.
- Who? (If anything just bring Toby Fox back to do all of the pokemon soundtracks from now on.)

- At the end of the game, there's a time loop and cyrus appears and converts the sinnoh back to modern times, (it looks like sinnoh with swsh graphics)
Uh, yeah, because the game has the SWSH graphics. But that's not going to happen.
- The starter is chosen for you, to encourage the use of differen't pokemon

Ding dong, you are wrong. How can someone be so wrong with just one trailer that literally shows this?

I genuinely bursted out laughing so hard. Either a troll or not even trying to sound like a legit leak.
Glad I could give you some laughter; it’s kind of needed every now and then, you know?

The "Brilliant" and "Shining" form stuff doesn't even sound realistic, mainly because none of the form change mechanics were named after the game versions. If that was the case, then we would've already gotten "Mega Ruby" and "Mega Sapphire" or "Primal Ruby" and "Primal Sapphire" instead of the name of the remakes we got.

That leak is about as convincing as Wile E. Coyote claiming to be a vegan.
Not sure if it's intentional comedy or just not good at faking.

- Has all features from platinum, including the battle frontier, which has been rebranded to "battle frontier ultimate," with 5 new facilities: the battle maison, battle tree, battle ship, battle stadium (with dynamax), and battle railway
I find the Battle Frontier returning even less likely than 200 FPS.
Prove me wrong, devs. Prove me wrong.

- The starter is chosen for you, to encourage the use of differen't pokemon
This calls for a cameo of my avatar from a few years ago.

...is that someone from this board? There was discussion of coming up with a ridiculously fake leak.

I mentioned it but if I did something like thay I'd tell you guys and post it here lol.

Wouldn't it be amazing if it were real though. Imagine. A Pokemon game directed by Masuda where he listens to the fans and makes the best Pokemon game possible. One can dream...
After the basic "give people the things they commonly request", most of the fake seems far from appealing.

The "best Pokémon game" is subjective..
reread what i wrote. I said giving us the best game possible. Contextually, it's a completely different meaning from the best pokemon game in general. Although, Platinum is (in my opinion) the best Pokemon game.

I had already read what you said. "The best game possible" for every person is different. If you stuff in each and every feature in the history of the franchise some people may not like it because it’s too complex or some elements feel out of place. The best game for every person is different, so that is not a realistic expectation.

The "best game possible" is a relative term, but if you apply it to Masuda's standards, then it makes sense. The last games he pushed as his best entries were BW.

In lieu of actual rumors, I found this incredibly bogus leak found on 4ch that I thought might give you all a chuckle.

It’s frankly too ridiculous and bait-filled for me to believe.

I stopped reading the Legends part after 200 fps.

If it's locked then good luck dealing with frame tearing. It doesn't need more than 60fps.

Why are people even believing or even CONSIDERING the 200fps leak? It’s either satire or a troll. I’m pretty sure even static images cannot reach that frame rate, let alone a fully fledged game.

Whatever the case, even if people somehow still believe all the other stuff...

- The rotom bamboo poketch is a new feature, where you can use the calculator to catch the pokeball pokemon with the rotom calculator and the bamboo feature is poketch but cool and it's a

Should be the final red flag that this guy has no idea what they're talking about.

Yeah no, as soon as I have seen the Pokemon Stadium thing, this rumor just lost all credibility. I can see many spin-off series coming back, but I highly doubt the Stadium series is one of them, unless they allow for every single Pokemon to be in the game, because for a new Stadium game to be released in this day and age, it needs to provide something major in which a main series game doesn't have.

Definitely way more plausible than the one Kallyle linked, but the Pokemon Stadium thing is really fishy. Back in the N64 era it had actually a point because the main games were 2D, so it was cool that games like the Stadium games were full 3D, allowing for 3D animations and so on. But now that the main the games pretty much do that, i don't get the point of a Stadium game.

If it was a teaser for a new Colosseum game, that would make sense.
