Yeah but part of me was annoyed of having another fi that was completely in the animeverse XD cause my first fic was really really animeverse...I don't wanna talk about that horrible story.

Just make it your own universe slightly influenced by the anime xD

Oh you did mention something about that regarding my fic. Well it was actually a curious thing. Originally it started out being sort of anime based (with Brendan being based around the character that appears at the start of the jirachi movie) but then I sort of started to deviate and started creating my own world and adding elements from well...all over the place really. The Pokedex Holders thing I borrowed from the anime but I took my libreties with it (such as creating characters like Thomas who isn't based on any game protagonist) the Orange Islands are also mentioned in one of the most recent chapters and most of what the game has to offer is there.

Yeah, the fellowship was pretty much the source of my gripe. Towers wasn't too bad I've only seen it once and that was a long time ago so I don't really remember much from it and return of the king was pretty good, probably would've been better if I could've recalled everything that had happened before it. Fellowship was a pain to get into cause at times the pace of the story was so slow I just couldn't keep my patience.

I myself think that I handle friendships a bit better xD probably just basing myself on the friendships I've had really. Romance is something that I don't know if I pull off well or not.

Really? I never really saw it as muddled though I could have a bit more downtime. Really my main problem with lotr was that I felt like the pace was kind of off at times, sometimes nothing happened for a while and other times a lot happened, the lenght of the movies themselves threw me off a lot when I was a kid, I actually find myself more caught into the Hobbit than lotr probably cause I'm more patient now.

Well I never actually read the original book myself but I know that they added a lot of things just so that it would tie in with the movies and all.

Yeah I'll have to take fault for that too actually, it was something that I had wondered for a while myself lately but now that you mention it it falls into perspective. The reason for this or I think the bigger reason for this problem is probably because of the fact that I kind of went on with what happened in Dragon's Roar. Part of me grabbed SYR to kind of break the mold I had created in DR where I felt I had glorified Reggie a bit too much, so I guess I was sort of taking him down a few notches by putting all that criticism on his characters by everyone around him.

That being said I do start giving Reggie more credit after the halfway point at least, but there are still a lot of things about his character that he needs to grown on sort of.
