Re: Shiny Pokemon by RNG Abuse Are you hitting your target time/ delay/ seed? You can call Elm to verify that you hit your seed. If you know you're hitting your target time and delay check the little things, such as making sure you put the right ID/SID, making sure you're on the right day, etc.
